This Advance Auto Parts location is usually pretty great. They're usually in stock and the employees are generally polite and friendly. I made an account with Advance so that there would always be a record of my purchases. I've never had to return anything until today. I gave them my phone number (which I always use for every purchase) and nothing came up. They were able to give me store credit (which is all I needed anyway,) but gave me $14.99/item (5 of the same item) and noted that that was the original sale price when really I bought them for $18.99 each. Not a huge deal, I needed to make a return with no receipt so I'm grateful for the credit, but not sure how it goes from $18.99 to $14.99 in less than 48 hours, when the item is still being sold at the same store for $18.99. Whatever, no big deal. Not ideal but next time I'll just save the receipt.

Terrible employee here. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He’s a heavy set white male with a beard and some sort of color in his beard like a brown spot that he dyed. He for some reason was extremely bothered I bought items that were on clearance and was upset I saved money. This place is the bottom of the barrel I work on cars daily and will never step foot in this place untill this employee is gone.

I go here alot. And usually its good; however, lately there’s been a long line with 1 worker at the register. THis is the 3-4th time I’ve waited 15-20 minutes just to check out. Maybe this is common with other auto parts store.

So I pull up to my advance Auto parts (which is pretty much the only location in Brevard that I prefer to go to, anyways, I had a bad transmission fluid leak. The manager(bestest ever) without even having to, helped me fixed it. It made a pretty bad mess, but we both cleaned it up. It was one of my best experiences so far.

Wanted to share a horrible experience I had at this location. Went to return a set of wipers shiield . Chris the clerk was very rude and argumentative, making false accusations. All I wanted was a refund back on my card . Because they sold me the wrong ones . They are great when you buy . But lousy customer service about returns . It took several visits to get my refund . It took 3 people for this nightmare experience. Cathy the salon manager didn’t even know how to run the register for refunds. Than Lori took over was able to clear it up . Never told me her job title . The said thing was lousy customer service skills and not knowledge to use the computer.

I wanted to take the time to thank George Muzyka, the Manager at Advance Auto located on 1100 Malabar Rd SE. He provided top notch service today and went above and beyond. I purchased windshield wipers at another Advance Auto about 4 months ago and have had problems with them since; they did not lock in and today, during the heavy rain the Right blade almost flew off. I stopped in Advance Auto to get some zip ties to try and secure the blades. So to make a long story short, George and his staff went out of their way to help me. He told me the blades installed on my van were the wrong blades. He went out (in the rain) multiple times to make sure the correct blades were installed on our Caravan. About 15 minutes later, he came in and I was going to pay and he looked at me and said, "have a nice day" I said what, I want to pay for them and he said again, "have a nice day." I was flabbergasted, I said thank you and shook his hand! This was by far the best service experience I have had in a long, long time. So I just wanted to let George know 5 stars doesn't do Justice...you all deserve 10 stars!!!

I must have called at least 10 different places for a quote on a battery and this store was by far the cheapest! I spoke to David and he was so polite and knowledgeable that I decided that was where I was going! I pulled up, walked in, asked for David and was out of there within 15 minutes with new battery installed! Please ask for David if you visit this store! Thanks so much for all the help :)
