Bought a car here last month. I’ve had it for a whole 30 days and the car is already magically having issues. The check engine sensor is on and they said because the spark plugs are dirty. Now they want me to pay another $800 out of pocket for something they should’ve checked before selling the car. I paid the car cash , it’s absurd to have issues on a car you’ve only had for a month. I won’t buy a car here ever again.

I had bought an f150 from Gary Yeomans ford, and about 3 weeks later it started making a noise from the bottom end. I contacted them and they said bring it in, well about three weeks later Tony in service called me and told me they had it approved to replace my whole engine instead of just repairing it,plus they overhauled my transmission. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be taking my truck to them for all my service needs.

The only reason i'm giving 5 stars is because of Derek my tech rep. Derek went above and beyond when your quick lube and back service department pointed fingers at each other over work order and left me in the lurch for 2 1/2 hours for what should have been around a 1 hour fix. Communication between these two departments was non existent at best or blatant disregard to customer care or time.

We recently bought a new Ford Explorer Limited 2024 from Gary Yeomans Ford at Palm Bay. We traded in our Ford Explorer 2020 ST model. We wanted to trade into a more fuel efficient model. Ford Explorer cars are very comfortable! Nicholas Vargas was our sales associate. He is very friendly and professional and provides a lot of valuable information that was important for making our decisions to this purchase. Also, Jorge López was very attentive and provided lots of good recommendations. Matthew was super cheerful, and he was able to get me into shooting a 3-point basket with a chance to win a $500 discount if I would make the basketball shot… which I did! 🙌 Chase in the Finance Dept. was really knowledgeable, providing good advice with the extended warranties available for purchase after Factory Warranty expiration. They offer an excellent Ford warranty! We are very pleased we had a good experience at this dealership and look forward to doing business again in the near future. Thanks! M & J

This was very convenient and they even arrived a few minutes early. The technician was thorough and fast. We didn't have to wait for hours in the waiting area. Very satisfied with the mechanical service. However, when I noticed my car was not in the garage and I was not notified that it was ready I went looking for it. I saw someone driving it into the driveway from the street, said she went to wash it. I still waited for someone to call me that my car was ready. Finally had to interrupt someone to finish the paperwork and leave. Usually I never had to wait. All in all, good service and friendly staff. I'll be back.
