This place really took care of me and my daughter when we broke down on I95 on our trip from Jacksonville. It was a holiday weekend and he was about to close but stayed open and waited for the tow truck to get there; and then replaced my fuel pump and got us back on the road. I brought my SUV in for a water pump replacement, which is a significant repair because the pump is located inside the engine and driven by the timing chain. Mr. Ramey stated that he had recently completed the same repair on a vehicle identical to mine. In addition to the water pump, he replaced the spark plugs and serpentine belt. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a whining noise that had not been present prior to the repair. When I brought this to his attention, he was unable to resolve the issue and attributed the noise to another unrelated cause. A few weeks later, while performing an oil change, I discovered that the underside of my vehicle was wet, even though it had not been driven for three days. When I returned to the shop, I was initially told it was transmission fluid. Transmission fluid is red in color; when this was questioned, he then claimed the fluid was coming from the air conditioning system. Despite two attempts to have the issue corrected under his one-year warranty, the problem was never properly resolved. I ultimately took my SUV to a Ford dealership, where technicians confirmed that the vehicle had a significant oil leak caused by improper sealing during the prior repair. They also found that both manifold covers had been damaged during the initial service, requiring replacement at an additional cost of $600. I paid $3,042.00 for the original repair, which was not performed correctly. The subsequent repairs at Ford cost me more than the initial service. After multiple failed attempts to have the matter addressed under the warranty—during which responsibility was repeatedly attributed to other causes—I had no choice but to seek repairs elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against taking their vehicle to this shop if they expect the repairs to be completed correctly. I attempted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but discovered the business is not rated. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

I bought a Lemon of a jeep from a local dealer that skipped town without doing necessary repairs to my vehicle as promised. Ramy is beyond honest and runs a shop that is clean and efficient. I have spent close to 10 grand to get my vehicle in running and safe state to drive. Ramy is trust worthy and considerate, he even lent me his personal vehicle for the day so I was able to go about my day of errands and appointments. He does not gouge you with repairs or recommendations that are not needed. RPM auto repair is a rare find in these times.

As a female college student I find that I get taken advantage of when it comes to car shops, whether it’s being overcharged or them trying to force extra service onto me. But I had the most wonderful experience here at RPM! I went for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my cables for my battery because I was having issues with my car starting and they fixed them free of charge! Compared to all of the other quotas I received from other auto shops, here was by far the cheapest. They were very quick, reliable and were extremely friendly! I will definitely be coming back here!

Ramy was kind enough to answer the phone on Thanksgiving, even though he wasn't at the shop he was still taking calls, I told him that I needed to get my car into the shop as soon as possible because I couldn't keep driving it and cause bigger issues, and I needed it to go to work, he offered the next day Friday morning, he was very easy to work with, the price was fair, and the work was done quickly, he said within an hour and it was done at that, he didn't mind me sitting and waiting for my car either which was awesome for me because I didn't have a ride. He's willing to work with you, and to help you out and I think that's honorable, and I am grateful to have found him, and the young gentleman behind the counter, I believe who is also a mechanic there, he was really nice, both very genuine people. It was a great experience. Definitely coming back here, I trust I'll have honest work done every time, and after leaving I feel excited that they did a good job, my car is running so smooth, I'm so happy ☺️

Ramy is a great guy! I bought a truck from him and it was a great experience and I have to admit I’m skeptical of buying from a Used Car Dealer because I’ve had bad experiences with others. The truck I got was in great shape and it was exactly as he said it would be. He also put new tires and brakes on it and change the oil. The truck was ready to go and very clean he’s very professional and he also has a repair shop. I talked to his employee Pat he was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Brought my Challenger to have a cat back exhaust installed. Called Ramy Tuesday morning and brought the car by that evening near closing time. Ramy had the car in and out in a little over an hour. Even though he was there at his shop about 45 minutes past closing time, Ramy's professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail were awesome.
