I just purchased a 2023 Pursuit Elite from this dealer and I highly recommend them. I had originally considered purchasing from my local dealer in Stuart/Hobe Sound but they were ridiculous on their dealer charges and trade in offer. It's a shame as my wife had purchased two bikes previously from Broward Motorsports in WPB, but these guys are sharks. Then I had put a deposit down for Challenger Elite with Sky Powersports in Lakeland (Dec 15th). After waiting for several months they returned my deposit (March 20th) with no explanation on why I didn't get the bike??? My wife needed to visit Space Coast HD and on the way back she suggested stopping in to Indian of Palm Bay to see if they could get me my bike. Smart woman. They gave me good numbers and I put a deposit down, and ordered the Pursuit Elite. The best decision ever! Robert communicated with me regularly via text and answered all my questions. When the bike was delivered, again everyone was helpful and the whole process awesome. Dawn in Finance was pleasant, speedy, and thorough. The longest part was waiting on hold with my insurance company to transfer the insurance! If you are thinking of buying an Indian look no further than this dealership. They are now my dealership home and I am so grateful to have been able to work with them and get the bike of my dreams!

Educational staff and zero pressure sales. The staff here is unlike any staff I encountered while looking for bikes. Very casual environment and conversational with sales tactics. Basically they get know about what type of bike you are looking for and provide various options for you to decide. I would recommend visiting here to learn about what you want to ride not what a dealer wants you to ride. No regret shopping

I have received steady emails from Indian of Melbourne for the last two years. (even when I have returned North to Mass.) When I'm in FL and need service, they are very accommodating, despite not having purchased my Indian from them. However, my service calls are prompted by their own email promotions - which they seem to be totally unaware of. The showroom is clean, well laid out and they usually have a full array of accessories on display. Many clothing items, too.

This place is top notch!! Beautiful showroom with a great selection of bikes. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I immediately got the feeling that the customers come first. The sales team was there to answer all my questions and was very impressed with their knowledge of bikes. These guys really want to help the customer and ensure a great experience. I was always a HD gal, but now learning how far Indian has come and the awesome product they have - it's a no brainer, Indian from now on.... Classy Riding and in Style! From the time I walked into the showroom I was greeted by nothing but professional as well as a NO high pressure sales environment. Jason took a lot of time to explain everything about my new scout to me. Answered every question I had even though some of the questions I had where ridicules I am sure. He kept me involved with every step of the process.He has checked in with me even after the sale not once but twice. Just to make sure I was happy with the bike. I would ALWAYS go back here!

So my 2016 Roadmaster needed a new FOB…original dealership in Daytona was apparently closed today after speaking to them yesterday and not saying ANYTHING about being close today. So I called Powersports this afternoon…told them what was going on…they had a FOB in stock…was able SOMEHOW get it started…got down there ahead of time…Bill and Andrew are SPECTACULAR!!!! I was done in 15-20 minutes with a new fob…and an early Xmas present for the wife…a new Indian jacket!! lol…you have earned a new customer!!!!

I've owned 6 Indian motorcycles and been to several dealerships. Just had Stage 2 cams installed on my 16 Springfield here and Andrew in service is excellent. He took extra time to explain the process, and even helped me get the bike off the trailer. He was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable. I live in Boynton Beach and drive past a DIFFERENT, higher priced Indian dealership to go to the Palm Bay location. This is my new dealership.

This happened a month or so ago but the customer service was so good I had to come and give a review even a month later. An older gentleman at the parts and maintenance counter was super helpful even though they were out of the oil I needed. I dont remember much of our conversation nor his name unfortunately but his customer service genuinely blew me away. If I walk into a store that doesn't have what I need and I somehow leave happier than when I walked in, something needs to be said.
