Manny detailed our Lexus NX, GM Acadia, Lexus sedan and Subaru Crosstrek for my family. He did an outstanding job cleaning the interior and exterior. The cars look showroom ready. I would highly recommend Ace Detailing.

I took my black Mercedes to Ace Detailing! Had so much scratches on the car but Manny explained to me what exactly he was going to do inside and out and when I came to pick up the car, most of the scratches were gone! The paint looked brand new! The inside was beautiful!! I was very very pleased! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

If I could give a zero star review I would. His shop was a mess with McDonalds wrappers all over the place. You would think for a professional shop it would be clean since that is what he does! He said his compressor broke so we had to get the car the next day leaving us without a car for a whole day. I’ve seen this excuse reviewed before so maybe a way for him to get more time? Or he has bad equipment? The window was still dirty, nothing I couldn’t have done ourselves. Will never return and don’t suggest to anyone. For the price and labor expected it didn’t meet our standards. He clearly needs either a revamp for his practice or he is hurting for business.

Explained to the owner that I have work at noon and I need my car at 12:30.He told me to drop it off at 8:30 and 4 hours of cleaning should be plenty to gwybit done.Come back at 12:30 and nothing was done, all interior dirty, under floor mats alot of dirty and never been vacuum. He only cleaned my wheels and told me it took a while . He admitted that the car was not done and told me to come back some other time, but its 45min away from my house, and I don't have time to drive back and forth. Never coming back again.

Manny is AMAZING!!! Best value, honest, fair, personable - you can't beat him! We've been taking our cars to him for the last 13yrs., and every time we drive off impressed and well taken care of! I most recently had him put a crystal coat on my entire vehicle, and would highly recommend! Water just beads up and falls off. You won't be disappointed!!!

Took an Escape in, we did the express detail. Great job! Went above an beyond the express. We are very happy. Real down to earth guy. Next time I'm going all out on all he has to offer. I wouldn't buy the Groupon deal, just go in and speak to him directly, he will honor the discount. All Groupon is an expensive car wash, if you want true detail you have to pay the cost of a true detail. Thank you for your work, see you next time.

Not satisfied with the "detailing". First, I had noticed some problems and decided that it was probably due to the fact that I had paid less for what some pay more for due to a Groupon Deal, so I got what I paid for. Even though I disagree with that service I was not going to complain. However, I definitely would have not gone back there and would ask a lot of questions the next time I used a detailing service. Later, I noticed the hatchback had not been touched. I have a dog so there is some hair. I do vacuum it out myself regularly so it is not horrible back there. I received a call asking if I wanted the dog hair removed it would cost me an extra $20. I assumed that meant they would do and extra good job to get all hair picked up. The dog is just going to be back there again so I told them I did not want to pay the extra. I commented all I expected was a vacuum ran back there. They do not need to put any extra effort into it. I guess I misunderstood their intentions because they did not vacuum back there at all. Lastly, no one was at the shop at my appointment time. I was dropping my car off before work. Also, some suspicious behavior with all the different telephone numbers. Weird! In the Groupon Deal it was suggested to leave a tip according to the regular price. Which I did. Now I am sorry. So they get my 1 star and this review. Horrible customer service!!!! and word of mouth is going to hurt. Not fair service but this is the world we live in today. Screw whoever you can.

Not good customer service, communication, or overall service. Car was supposed to be done by 5pm on the day of drop off and wasn't ready for pick up until the next day at 3pm. The guy acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there within 30 minutes when he said he would let me know ahead of time to pick up car. At this point I just wanted my car back! Inside of my car was pretty good overall but they didn't get a spot of chocolate off my passenger seat, or vacuum my trunk out, which I figured was 2 very easy things to do. I Paid an extra $200 to get buffed/waxed. Was not satisfied on how they they only did the front part of my car. I will not be using this company again.

This was the worst detail job ever! Lots of places on the outside that were still dirty. Wax streaks all over the driver side. Carpets were vacuumed but not cleaned. The center console wasn’t touched…this was horrible. On to top it all off he said he’d be done around 1 but we didn’t hear from him until after two and then because he was done he left the keys to my vehicle under the floor mat and left my jeep in the parking lot. No, the doors were not locked so my jeep sat in a parking lot where anyone had access to it with the keys available. Very unprofessional and definitely not worth it.

It's been 9 years since I got this car and the most it has seen is a good vacuuming so I wasn't surprised when they had a time of it getting my carpets cleaned, especially with 2 kids, and man was it clean! If my car had been in better shape physically(less scratches and dents) I would have thought it was brand new! And they were even nice enough to clean the outside a bit! They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

Truly one of the worst customer experiences of my life, and my only bad review ever. A simple spill, that I very clearly explained the circumstances and even offered to send photos of prior to my appointment. During the drop off I clearly described the spill, showed the location and suggested the seat needed to be removed. When I arrived he tried to reschedule stating he needed 4 hours to complete. Yet the appointment I had was in fact for 4 hours. When he called to say the car was ready, he conveniently told me he does not remove car seats. This was after I explained to him that the car seat needed to be removed. When I picked up my car, the carpet was completely soaked, and still had a lot of cleaner left behind. To the point that there was still bubbles. I left towels overnight trying to soak up the excess water and cleaner and in the morning they too were completely soaked. I have now had to remove all of my seats and the entire carpet due to this error. When I was rinsing the carpet, purple cleaner was still coming out of the carpet. Do not go here.

To those reading these poor reviews from the past, I can personally vouch for the owner and his reliable service over the years. It is unfortunate that these groupon offers don't reflect the level of service that he provided. One cannot stay in business doing detail work for only $99. Do the math for time and effort, plus shop product materials. It does not add up. All I can say is that when this business opens back up, I will support for reputable detail work, with fair pricing. He had it done by the end of the day and when I picked it up the next morning, we went over together again and I was extremely pleased and impressed. Good guy to talk to and deal with. I had the Groupon service. Car looked great inside and outside. Unfortunately it rained right after it was done! Oops. Still looks good, other than the 2 inch section on the trunk he missed completely. He said he was going to carnuba wax when he was trying to upsell the ceramic coating, which I said the wax alone was fine. So if he did wax it and remove all the residue from the joints and jambs, he missed the trunk twice lol. Also had him do my 1990 Celica Alltrac, which has peeking clear coat and damaged hood so not expecting much. Also it hasn't been washed in over a year. That said, i did mention the wheels are nice so if he could make sure to take care of them that would be good with me. He couldn't even do that right. No conditioning of tires either. You can see in photos where i wiped dirt off with my finger on the white paint and the bronze wheel. Maybe if you got the full price he would do a better job, but don't recommend having him do any Groupon deal for you. Good luck if you use him.

Saw a reasonable deal on Groupon for auto detailing and thought it would be a good idea to get the upgraded package for my old work truck. I paid $165 for the stated offering: "Full Interior Detail and Exterior Hand Wash for an SUV or Truck with Polish and Sealer. Includes: light scratch removal two coats of polish paint sealer Full Interior Detailing Includes: Dashboard Vents Knobs Steering Wheel Wipe Down Door Panels Middle Console Windows Inside and Out Tire and Rim Treatment Through Vacuuming of Interior Plan Ahead Appointment required. Subject to weather. Additional Info Extra fee for excessively dirty or neglected vehicles, pet hair removal, sand removal and stain removal. Extra fee for over-sized or heavy-duty vehicles." I made my appointment in advance and they said they would be able to get my vehicle finished in one day if I took an appointment far enough ahead. I planned accordingly and when I arrived at 8:30am for my appointment, the first thing that (the owner?) did was walk me around my vehicle and explain all of the services they were not willing to perform; They pointed out the tree pollen on the truck and how the mold that had collected on the window seals and edges "would take a long time to clean", and explained that because of this they could not do half of the stated items in the offer. I told them "If you need it cleaner before you can do your work, then I will go down the street and wash it at a self-wash and bring it back". I did exactly that, went to the self wash and pressure washed all of the mold and pollen that I could see stuck in the cracks. It took me 15 minutes, including driving back and forth, and $7.50. I took the truck back and was told that it may take them until 5pm or later. I said okay, I will wait however long you need, and left for nearby coffee shops. They called me back at 2pm saying the truck was finished. Honestly, I feel like I got much more mileage out of my $7.50 then I did with the detailing. When you get a vehicle "detailed", do you not expect that details will be paid attention to? There were areas that were clearly not vacuumed at all, there were pockets in the doors and in the center console that were completely untouched, there were smidges of dirt with clean swipes going through them which show that a wipe was made but there was no attention to what was being wiped. I took many photos and walked back to the shop and asked the person to come take a look and talk with me about the work they'd done. I pointed out all the items that were immediately noticeable and said that I was shocked to think that this is what a $330 job looks like. Immediately I was told "You only paid $165". This was a Groupon sale, and was advertised as 56% off. This was not even a $165 quality job. After defending his reasoning for simply ignoring many details and leaving me with a very dirty, still, result he countered with "If you want me to vacuum that part out, I will do that for you" as if I had to force him to do more work before he would pick up a tool. To that point, I don't think the shop has any detailing tools whatsoever. My nephew with a bucket of soap, a scrub brush, and some paper towels could compete with this shop. They neglected to address any hard to reach areas of the vehicle with cleaning tools and made it obvious in their defense that they don't even have such tools available. Getting into the hard to reach areas and vacuuming thoroughly is the basic tenet of an "auto detailing"... I just don't know what else to say. I could have spent that $165 on my own detailing tools and spent the day away from work doing the job myself. Now I wish I did.

Terrible detailing job, using Groupon and trying to up sell extra garbage. Nearest I can tell has changed business name 3 times in last 2 years. Probably to try to outrun all the negative reviews. This guy is dishonest and flat our lies. Truck was very clean when it was taken in for detail. He left keys in floorboard and called and said he was tired and going home. If you can't do a wash and full detail like you advertised on GROUPON, then don't offer GROUPON's. He was also paid an extra $100 on top of the GROUPON to do spray protectant on the vinyl bed cover and could not even do that properly. Total charge was over $200. Leave your vehicle with this guy at your own risk. I took the truck to a much better place in Vancouver, WA area and for only $100 more than this hack charged, they made it look better than new including fixing all this guys blunders. It was a $200+ lesson in where not to do business.
