Our salesman RANDY MAY as well as being FLEET MANAGER helped my fiancée MARIA & I buy a New 2023 JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON 4Xe on January 6th 2023 , we told him what we wanted & he will find it for you , RANDY has the Greatest sense of humor & is always joking around with us just as much as we joke with him too !! It is so comfortable to drive & has a Good solid smooth ride , RANDY has a very Good knowledge of all the cars that he sells . We also bought New Jeep running boards which helps a lot getting in . Then on January 21st ,( Maria ) & I (Phil ) , decided we like RANDY’S “EXEMPLARY” salesmanship & joking around , that Maria wanted to buy a 2022 JEEP CHEROKEE X 4x4 SUV , all black with a Sunroof just like the white Jeep Cherokee Randy showed us , well Randy found MARIA’S dream car & we bought our 2nd JEEP from RANDY MAY!! Now that Spring & Summer just around the corner, we’ll be at the Beach & the Mountain !! Also everyone else at Tonkin Hillsboro CJDR are all very nice people, it’s the Very Best Dealership , Hope they stay there !! MARIA & I THANK YOU RANDY MAY FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!!!

Jeremy Dehaven's communication was excellent from the initial contact until the day after the sale. He was also no pressure and it was a very pleasant buying experience.

Avoid if you can - they do not keep their appointment times. Car has sat there for multiple days no matter how easy the fix is. Chrystler Care promised me this time this location would not do it, and after 8 hours I get a call back they might look at it another day. Looks like a lot of reviews say the same thing, not sure why Chrystler pays for warranty work at this location but I would avoid it at all costs.

We just purchased our 3rd Ram from Dick’s. Our first Dodge truck was in 2002 and Randy May was our salesman. When we were ready to replace the 2002 with a 2013 Ram, we immediately went to see Randy again. This year when we decided to add a second Ram to our family, the only dealership we considered was Dick’s and again worked with Randy to build and order our truck. With times being tough when buying a new car, Randy was able to make the process as painless as possible. We have always felt as if we’re valued customers at Dick’s and have never experienced the game playing that other dealers employ as part of their sales strategy. Anyone who is looking for a Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep should immediately contact Dick’s Country Dodge and make an appointment with Randy May.

Absolutely ridiculous to trust these people. They are blatant liars and extremely anti-customer. They wanted to charge a minimum of 3 hours of labor for a simple 15 minute diagnostic

Their website scheduled me for a recall on the hybrid electric connector for a Saturday. I come all the way from King City (a 40 minute drive) only to be told that the recall can be done only on a week day. They wouldn’t give me a loaner nor would they provide a shuttle ride. They simply deny either of those options. There goes my $80 for an Uber. Never using this dealership ever again.

I have had my truck repaired here under warranty several times now. Each time they kept my vehicle for several weeks regardless of the complexity of the issue. I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership or relying on them for any kind of service. Simple things such as calling me back are ignored. I do not recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle.

Krysta the service advisor was great to work with. She clearly knew what was going on at all times, and was great at explaining the next steps to me. Her willingness to work directly with the extended warranty provider was an enormous help, and I'm so happy with how smoothly things went thanks to her professional experience to help things along.

Todd was friendly, and as soon as I let him know what I was looking for, he explained the ordering process and started working with me on my order. He kept me up to date during the build process, and called me the minute my car arrived. At delivery he walked me thru setting up the car with the various electronics including syncing my phone with the car. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I want to give a S/O to Paul and Lucas in today's sales. We made we saw and crunched a Deal ! My options were slim, but I still came out on top like always. They walked me through every step and got me THE BEST DEAL possible. I'm very grateful and happy for this opportunity and the trustworthy blueprint they gave me. Guys, thanks again!

Wow Randy needs to retire or find a different career choice. My truck was brought to them for diagnostis and repair. The two times I spoke with Randy because my service advisor wasn't available he was extremely rude, impatient, and short tempered. I found out that he also called the people that brought my vehicle to them that he had called them and was EXTREMELY rude and yelling at them on the phone. My truck has been with them for a month and they haven't been able to diagnose the problem. It might have something to do with them attempting to diagnose it one day and then park it for days without moving it. And then attempting to diagnose it another day and then parking it for a week without touching it. I have GPS on it so I know when it's been driven.. They might actually get my truck fixed if they continued to work on it... But no, Randy is throwing a fit and just told my people to come pick my truck up. Still broken... What a joke. I should also add they also charged us for their "diagnosis" that they never finished. So I still have a broken and undiagnosed truck. So be weary. If you bring you vehicle to them, they might not fix it but they will definitely still charge you..

Consistently terrible communication and a different made-up excuse every day why progress wasn’t made. After a week and a half of no progress I paid the $195 inspection fee and took my car to Gerber, whose communication has been great and they started working on it the same day.

This review is from Ms. Thursday May 8th our Jeep Grand Cherokee, (money pit), had its power steering go out. We called the Jeep dealership to make an appointment and was told there weren't any available. We explained that we were headed out of town and wondered if they would be able to fit us in, could she speak to a manager. She said she would check, and we never heard from her again. We found that you could schedule online and there was an appointment the next morning, Friday the 9th at 7:30 AM. Yay. We received a text telling us that the rack and pinion was damaged, they would not be able to get the part until Monday, they would be able to repair it on Monday, and we would get the vehicle on Tuesday. Tuesday, we got a text telling us that the power steering had worked for a few moments but now had gone out. Wednesday, now apparently it was the pump. They ordered it. It came in and on Friday they informed us that they had installed it and the part was bad and they had to order another one. I spoke with the service person. I asked how they determined that it was the rack and pinion and not the pump? He said, “the technician got a reading”. He didn’t say that after the reading “a mechanic checked it out”, or “the mechanic drove it”. They plugged it in and blindly followed along, meaning that no one with automotive experience checked it out. Why didn’t the pump also show up as bad? Saturday we didn't heard from them, we called. The manager informed us our service person was at lunch, he said the part had “just come in". Our service person did not call us, I had to call him an hour and a half later and was told that the part had ”just come in”. again. later he said the pump was installed but needed to be bled, The car would not be ready. My husband asked if they could see about getting overtime he eventually said he’d check and then texted back that it wasn’t possible. My husband called and asked to speak with or get a phone number for a manager. The service person told him he couldn't reach one. We missed Mother’s Day with our mom who has Alzheimer’s. On Monday around 9:30 my husband texted asking for an update. No response. He called and was informed that our service person and technician weren't working today, and no one knew what was going on with the car, but they would try to figure it out. We eventually had a conversation with one of the service managers who had been texting our service person. He said there was no way to move forward with the installation of the pump until the specific technician was back. Again, "technician" not mechanic. He didn’t know why our service person said it would be done when the technician wasn’t even working. There was nothing he could do. These VERY expensive repairs were determined only by computer. I have since asked questions of two seperate mechanics. I have been told that the/a mechanic should have been able to tell it was the pump by the low fluid and poor steering and that it should have been the first thing they checked. And although the computer indicated one problem it was easy to tell there was a bad pump. One actually showed me a video on YouTube (that we should have looked for) Thousands of dollars later we have learned a VERY expensive lesson. Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM: -doesn't care about your needs. - has poor time management. -communicates poorly with customers and not in a timely manner. - internal communication and documentation apparently doesn't exist since they couldn’t tell us what the status of our car was. Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM dealership is not a good place to have your car repaired and if you have to go there refuse to work with Jose. I have since done further research and Tonkin Jeep isn’t in the top 10 places for jeep repair in the greater Portland area. If there is a next time I will be pushing for reliable Jeep repairs at , Everett Street Autoworks, K&M Auto Service, or Pro-Tech Autoworks who all have high ratings. I hope this keeps someone else from going through what we have.

Their GM told me today that they have great customer service and are excellent mechanics, I came on to verify and I see my experience is closer to reality then his ideas. Could have saved a lot of stress and a bad customer experience had you just offered a form of communication that was not a rambled confusing text and actually providing a diagnosis when paid for.

I bought two Jeep Wrangler here in the past 10 years so I would say I have lots of experience with this dealership... From the first call to make the appointment & from driving away back home every time . I'm always impressed. Amazing staff, helpful, communicated & all very nice. Always really satisfied & recommend it to anyone here rather than others.

Dealt with Jeremy Dehaven and he was great. They had the ram I was looking for and ended up flying up from California to grab it. He made everything clear up front and no games when I showed up. Would 100% get another car from them.
