Ace radiator installed a new condenser & a new water pump on my 17 Durango. Initially it should have taken around 8 hours. They were able to take me home & pick me up 6 hours later (30 miles round trip). Service doesn’t get much better than this. Also the estimated cost was about $200 less. Thank you Bud & the whole service crew. I will recommend you to everyone.

We just picked up our conversion van from this place because we took it there to get the AC fixed. It's an older van and we didn't want to throw a bunch of money into it. They were able to repair the line and fix a belt to get it going again. It turned out to be much cheaper than what we thought it would be. The staff was prompt and very personable. We were extremely happy with the price and the service and would definitely return to them again if we ever had additional issues!

Prior to taking my car there, I had researched both their Better Business Bureau and their reviews online. I had great expectations. Reviews certainly don’t tell you the entire story. I took my car in with the expectation that it was going to be a one or 2 day project. The “ service manager” told me it would be several days due to parts, OK, so my warranty company was paying for a rental car. I picked up my car when they said the repairs were finished and drove it for a day only to have the same situation present itself again. I was quite upset but it was a holiday weekend. I took it in the following Tuesday when they were open only to have them keep the car again for another four days, this time the rental car was out of my pocket. The work was not checked thoroughly the first time around or the problem would’ve been found. I was billed for services that I didn’t necessarily need and I believe this to be incompetence. The service manager was uncaring and could barely speak two words out of an entire sentence the entire time. We certainly will never be going back and I would absolutely never recommend this place. Just my two cents.

I don't think I have ever experienced such good customer service as I did today from this business. I was sent by RevRV Service Center in Decatur, IN to try and get a matching evaporator for my 26 year old front A/C. It had to have the exact thread pattern. After cross referencing over cross referencing four or five gentlemen were able to find a match. They were as happy as I was. So pleasant to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED FOR YOUR VEHICLE. THEY TRULY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. We need more business's like this with great customer service in this country. I had them repair the radiator from a 1980 Bobcat skid steer. They even repainted it to look new. The cost was, one third to one tenth of what I had seen for compatible or OEM radiators online.
