We were so pleased with the windshield replacement! Action Auto Glass (Portland) were easy to work with, they got us in next day, accepted our insurance (Farmer's), and the new windshield is so amazing! The whole experience was 5 star, from drive up through leaving the shop. We got into our car and realized they had detailed our interior, as well! Free of charge! We couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend Action Auto Glass to anyone looking for a windshield replacement business!!

Jimmy and his team did an awesome job replacing and installing my rear window slide motor assembly for my pickup truck but they forgot to install 2 back bolts for the rear seat mount assembly. Other than that great job done in half day using only genuine dealership parts. I wanted give them a 5 star rating!

Best windshield replacement in Portland. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given the best price at $100 cheaper then everyone else I called. This price included the windshield, seals all other parts, mobile service, next day service and labor. Also included was a lifetime warranty. The tech who came out was very friendly, fast, professional and informative. When I originally called for the price quote the tech who spoke to me explained to me what to look for when calling others for a quote and what to watch for so I would get the best service possible even if I did not go with his service. I would recommend this business 100% with complete confidence. This company has it together they know what they are doing and they do it very well.

I had my small back window replaced by the team at Action Auto over a decade ago after a break-in, which I recall being a professional, hassle-free experience. Recently that same window couldn't bear being a part of my car any longer and fell (off) to it's demise. (no idea why it felt the need to do so) I feel fortunate that Action Auto still had me on file, honored the warranty, and the window was replaced within a few days. Jimmy and Brook are FANTASTIC! So EASY TO WORK WITH and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in a long time! After being told by other companies that my window couldn't be replaced for 4 weeks, Jimmy not only got me SAME DAY service, but sent their mobile tech Brook to my house since I was unable to safely drive the vehicle! Brook did such a good job that my car and garage were cleaner when he left than when he had arrived! They worked seamlessly with my insurance and they guarantee their work. My front windshield was replaced in less than one day — and that even included processing the insurance claim. Talk about stress-free! I called a few bigger chains first, but none of them would replace the windshield on my 97 ranger for "liability reasons". Not only was Action Auto willing to do the job, they also quoted me the lowest amount out of the three places I called. They got me scheduled fast, and got the job done in just a few hours. The work was top-notch too. Shout-out to Nick, who was very professional and understanding when I missed my bus and made him stay 15 minutes after closing to give me my keys.
