Adam's North American Repair is expedient and openly communicates about all repairs. I have taken my truck in a few times to have them diagnose, and fix the issues. Tom and Adam are forthwith regarding any hiccups that may arise, and honest about which repairs need to be done now versus on the horizon; allowing you to plan. Had a radiator issue on an older model vehicle right before the holiday. Adam was amazing. He worked with us to take into consideration repairs we had already tried and was pretty innovative finding out where the problem stemmed from (using a stethoscope!!). I was having trouble finding anyone that would work on one of my cars that needed a brake overhaul basically, when a good friend suggested Adams. I'm very skeptical and did my homework by getting quotes from other businesses. I reluctantly decided to give Adam a shot. I was NOT disappointed in the least. He kept me informed of what needed to be done to make my vehicle safe for me and my family. Never tried to suggest that I should replace things that weren't worn. My uncle referred me to Adam's repair shop. He is knowledgeable and was straight to the point regarding my vehicle. Adam is a great guy, very honest and straight-forward. He was recommended to me by a friend when the AC in my Mercedes C300 stopped working. He repaired it and gave me a first-time customer discount. Ever since then, I bug him with calls from time to time to ask questions about my car and he always answers without hesitation. Recently asked about whether I should do a transmission fluid replacement after never having done so and with my mileage being at 120,000. He said no - ie. he turned down business by giving his honest answer to the question. Highly recommend this shop!

We took our 2015 outback to Adam, and he did a great job working on it. Basic maintenance, but he identified a couple of issues that needed addressed, and promptly took care of them. His prices are fair, and he does good, honest work. If you live in the Shelby township area and are looking for a good reliable mechanic, this is the place to go.
