Great, fast work with a great experience These guys are awesome. I had nothing but a pleasant experience here. I brought my classic car here to fix some major oil leaks because no other shops would touch it with its age. They had me in and out very quick, no more leaks, and everything seems to go well even days later. John and his technicians are very friendly and do great work. They went over every repair that took place, worked with me on the price, called me to update me after and before each repair and even texted me multiple days later to ensure everything was still going well with my car. Great people, great work, great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to take my car back there again.

I am truly impressed! I had work done on my vehicle a few days ago and I came in today for an alignment and they were very thorough on looking at what it needed. A part that went bad, I had in my rear hatch and they replaced it for a decent price- half hour of work. Most mechanic shops round up to the closest full hour. Then the alignment was the cheapest within 10(+) miles of my home! I love those place! Come to this mechanic!

Took my 2007 SRX in for an electrical, dash light, wheel bearing and emission issues. John and his Technicians found out the problems and fixed everything perfectly. Also programmed my Key Fob and would do the same if I happened to get additional ones for back-up. The SRX runs and starts like it was brand new and I appreciate the hard work and service by John and his technicians. Will be using Shelby Auto Care in the future.

Anytime that you were going on a road trip stopping here first they look over your vehicle and let you know if there’s anything that you need to worry about for your trip! Brought my car in for repair. At first I thought wow fast easy only $400, perfect I can go on with my life. But my check engine light came back on, I went to shelby auto 2 more times. In total of $800. My check engine light kept coming on. So I took it to another mechanic. They have diagnosed the true problem. And now I have to dish out another $2300. I’m really disappointed, I was really hoping for some honesty. I just wished people were more honest, I’m a single mom with 2 kids if someone isn’t capable of fixing my car why keep taking money from people that absolutely need it.

John is a really nice guy I specifically go to them even though I don't live in the area because of the overall quality and customer service. 10 out of 10
