Very kind and generous—- it was a simple fix that I didn’t even think of trying (after googling a fix) and he didn’t charge me unlike my other repair tech for my furnace and stove that charged $200 for something so stupid like unplug and plug back in or for taking a fallen screwdriver out of the vent of the furnace. Thank you so much!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great shop, my car was on its last legs and the guys at Complete Auto Care were able to help me out greatly. Very affordable and like the other reviews have stated very honest. The struggle these days with mechanics is finding someone you can trust so it was a breath of fresh air to stumble across this shop because they really made me feel comfortable. Tom at Complete Auto Care was recommended to me by a friend that has been taking her cars to his shop for years. He's done work on two of my cars now and besides the excellent work done for less than anyone else out there he has also gone above and beyond with customer service. Anytime I have a question or concern about anything my car is doing he has always been right there to answer my question and has given honest good advice! I would not go anywhere else and recommend him often to others. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic, this is one of the best! Word of mouth is the best advertisement there is! If you need car repair call these guys, and spread the word for them! They are awesome!

So, while I was looking to buy a used car, I followed up on the listing for a car that seemed too good for its cheap selling price. I was skeptical and wanted a mechanic to carefully check it out. I searched online to find Thomas and Tony's shop, which was in the area of the seller. I brought the car over to them. And seriously, they completely reassured me with their thorough assessment! I bought the car about a month ago, have been driving it everyday, and I have been happy with it since. I've dropped by or called in to the shop periodically just for questions or for follow-up and they have always helped me to my satisfaction. Both of these guys are extremely knowledgeable, capable and, most important, extremely kind. And even more so, they have ALWAYS been reasonable with the pricing of their service. I've definitely saved a lot and have gotten great car care by going to them.

Joe, the new owner is awesome. He is an honest mechanic that knows his stuff. I have brought 3 cars to him since he took over this place a few months ago and he has saved me money compared to other shops and has great communication. I have been looking for a business like this for a long time and happy I finally found one near my home. He has most recently worked on my BMW which he knows first hand. Whether its something easy like brakes on a Chrysler 300, an oil change on a new 2016 GMC Yukon or even more complex like electrical and reprogramming of a BMW 7 series, Joe knows what he is doing.

This place was a Godsend!!! My Coolant crossover pipe started leaking profusely and smoke was everywhere. I was having it towed somewhere else and the tow truck driver suggested Majer’s as he had work done on his BMW there before and they do good work, honest, affordable and the owner was a nice guy. So I had it towed there and after some deliberation and apprehension over other potentially ominous issues, Joe (owner) decided to take on the repair which wasn’t a difficult task but was a time consuming one. He did the job in half the time and replaced the water pump which was needed as well at half the cost of if I had took it to the dealership! This in turn saved me money on my rental as well!! Joe is an honest man whose very forthcoming and to top it off, very personable. This is what you want in a mechanic shop. He has a customer for life. 💯

Joe was a recommendation and referral at a last minute and emergency moment when my Husband's world fell apart at once. Grant it we're not from around here and it only took one call to a reputable agency to give Joe a shot. Joe admittedly was booked and backlogged, but was up front and said he'll get to it when he gets to it. Joe was very upfront and honest stating everything he found wrong. We already knew the multiple issues and did not tell him them. Joe was beyond efficient, repairing the vehicle timely, correctly and on a plausible budget for us. What was the most impressive of all is that he closed at 6PM. We arrived to pick up the vehicle out of his parking lot just short of 8PM. We seen Joe in the garage wrenching away on other customers vehicles. He didn't see us but we seen him. At that point seeing a man who truly cares about his customers, their safety, getting them back on the road and at a cost that won't shred their wallets is all that matters right now. Referral and recommendation was spot on. Sincerely, CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.

Recently took my Ford Escape in for a diagnostic at Belle Tire and they were charging me a fortune for all the work. Joe is fair and efficient. Best automotive place I’ve ever used. He’s honest, hardworking. This guy and his staff know their stuff and charge reasonable prices. Only one down side (which really isn’t): he’s so well respected that he’s always busy so you may have to wait for him to be able to schedule you for routine maintenance or minor repairs : call before you need them. He does make the time for serious issues though. He’s just really busy!!
