Great shop. I've gone here for plugs several times and I'm treated like I'm buying a full set of new tires. It's a one man show, and he's friendly, offering lots of advice about tires without particularly trying to sell anything. For instance, I didn't realize softer (cheaper) tires are more prone to nail puncture, although it seems obvious now that I think about it. That being said, the next grade up is fine. Anything more is generally a frivolous waste of money for most folks. Therefore, when it's to buy tires, this is where I want to go. Also, his pricing is competitive.

I give it a one because I can’t give it a 0. I will not be returning to this tire shop. They refused to warranty out a tire due to an alignment issue after only having the tire for 2 months. They never informed me that I needed an alignment when they put the tire on and never mentioned they wouldn’t be able to warranty it if it was due to an alignment issue when I called.

Went to get a flat and rim replaced and not only did they give me the wrong size tire and wrong size rim (without informing me) but they FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS. Was driving on the highway and my entire car started shaking and rumbling. Had to call AAA and the tow driver removed the lug nuts with his bare hands. If I hadn't pulled over when I did the tire would have blown off. Very luckily avoided a deathly experience only for the man who did it to say he "must not have been focused". Save yourself your LIFE and don't go here.

This was the fastest service I have ever received when needing a tire replaced. Wonderful customer service! The price for the tire was very good. It took longer to get the car off the tow truck than to get a new tire replaced. Highly recommend.

Came across these guys by accident, I needed 4 tires on a Ranger, they had a large selection of used tires, were honest, friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for new or used tires

Stopped in after hitting a pot hole (a crator really) and breaking a rim and ruining two tires while on our way from Colorado to Florida. They went out of their way to find a used rim that fit and get us back in the road. Super nice, very helpful, and reasonable prices...especially considering itbess almost closing and we had an emergency.

They over price everything and the lie about what tires need to make you buy another with them. Had me pay $300 telling the tire was messed up when in fact I had a shop down the road call me back to say it can be repaired. They even refused to give me my old tire stating it’s against policy…..lol what policy, it’s my tire & I paid $300 for a new one.

Awesome guys here who want to get you back on the road ASAP. Got a flat (conveniently) while on a roadtrip passing Nashville. Gave these guys a desperate call and they were able to get me in and out with a new tire within 35 minutes. Best mechanic hands to ever touch my car

Saher stayed after they closed on a Saturday night to help us with our blown out tire. He lent us a wrench to take the wheel off our car (stuck on 65), bring it back to the shop, put our new tire on, then allowed us to bring the wrench back the next day so we could put the tire on our car. (Did not have a spare). Excellent and quick service. These guys were so helpful and saved us a ton of headache!

I’ve bought tires from these guys 3 times. One time right before hitting the road to Panama FL. Never had any issues with them.

This place is expensive. A used tire is nearly $60, I came back with my own new tire and install prices are about the same not needing nothing but $15 mins of labor. Won’t be back

Worst tire shop in east Nashville. They never have your tire size and they overcharge. Gallatin road tire shops are much more affordable.

Rude, brought my vehicle in to exchange a flat tire for a used tire. Called in advance and was told my tire was used and in stock and would cost $55. I arrived to be told that there was no used tires and they were not $55 and then I would have to pay for a new one for $175. this was a matter of five minutes difference in time. A few weeks later I got a flat tire on that wheel when I went to remove the Lugnuts, I found that one of them was stripped out due to a careless use of an impact driver by the mechanic who changed my tire. I called this shop to inform them of this mistake decently upset having been sweating on the roadside and upset at the carelessness of the mechanic and the situation overall and before I could even finish my story, I was yelled at told that it was not their responsibility for damages and then I had to””speak with respect” or I could go to hell. Apparently telling the truth and holding people accountable for their mistakes is disrespectful. Unacceptable and Rude I’d leave no stars if possible

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Adams Tire Shop! These hardworking folks recently relocated from the West Bank/Jerusalem area, and their dedication to their craft and customers is truly remarkable. Thiabit and Zahat (both Palestinian Jerusalemians, sorry if I misspelled) went above and beyond to assist me when I had a busted tire. From the moment I walked in, their friendly and personable demeanor put me at ease. They assessed my tire issue with honesty and provided a fair price for the repair. But what really stood out to me was their genuine advice. They didn't just fix my tire; they educated me on what signs to watch for when a tire might need replacement. Their transparency and expertise convinced me to purchase not one, but two new tires. I left feeling confident in my decision, knowing I had received top-notch service. I'll be sure to spread the word about Adams Tire Shop to all my friends and family. If you ever find yourself in need of tire services, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. Thiabit and Zahat are the kind of professionals you can trust for all your tire needs. I'll definitely be returning in the future! Pro tip: they do charge a 3% fee if you pay by credit card, so if you want to save some money you should bring cash or a check
