These guys had my car for 3 days. Good work fixing my problem, but they went through my gear and stold a few items. When i called to ask them about it the manager said "you come look at our cameras. We are not responsible".

Had a brake line failure Friday day after Thanksgiving and this place was opened. He said if it is rusted be tomorrow. Ok no problem. Got the call my car is ready. Went to pick it up and he gave me a great price and I paid. Got in the car and the brake pedal went to the floor, Umm. Went back in to ask him if he bled the system and he said the back passenger side he did and to drive it for a day or so and if its not better bring it back. Umm no. I didnt feel like arguing for personal reasons I wont share but I will say the work he actually did is good. Got home and went to get the bag out of my trunk that had 2 bottles of brake fluid in it and low and behold they were gone. Yes, for some unknown reason this man went into my trunk and stole 2 bottles of brake fluid. Bottom line, work he does do is good, hes a thief and only does half a job. Miss this guy at all costs folks.

They came to my shop hit a employees car in the company car. MJ the owner and the employee tried to pay $300 for a $1500 repair. Then went to my page and left a bad reviews. Bad business when the owner tells you and your employee that that his business does not have insurance and was trying to be cheap about the damages they caused. Also told us the employee he has working for him has no driver license. Mind blown they these type of businesses exist in Nashville

I came to Nashville for a weekend trip and my car started leaking oil. I was absolutely stressed about getting home in two days. I was calling so many auto repair services (a weekend and most were closed) and came across Nashville Auto Repair. The service couldn’t have been better. It was a Saturday at 1pm in the afternoon and they told me to immediately come in and that they would take care of it. MJ was the mechanic who worked on my car and his care was absolutely amazing. I drove up and he started working on the car and I was out of there in 30 minutes with a fixed car. He saved my entire trip. Can’t thank him enough. Choose Nashville Auto Repair if you need great service by compassionate people!

I gave him a star for showing up because that is the only work that I got out of him. He saw me as a woman who he thought he could milk hours out of me for nothing and when I called him on it he got mad and acted like I done him wrong. I paid him 225 dollars to jack the wrong side of the car up. I do not recommend.

This is the most expensive repair I have ever paid for. I previously bought all the parts and removed the bad thermostat. All he had to do is fix 1 broken bolt and install the part I already bought. He did not check if everything was fixed. I paid him 345.00 , he refused to give me a receipt and would only take cash. Not only did he not check to see if everything was ok, but when I got home I had coolant pouring out of the bottom. This should have been checked! I will never do business with this person again, and I hope you dont Either. This shop is very dishonest !! Every transaction should have a receipt. This is now a legal battle.

Our alternator died on a cross country trip. We called around getting nowhere as it was a Friday night at 6. He called us back and said they were closing in about 30 minutes but bring the car in and he'd work on it first thing in the morning. He was patient while we tried to find a hotel for the night and get an Uber for our family and stuff. Once that was done, he pulled the car into the garage and locked it up. He recommended that we purchase our own alternator from a parts store so the warranty would be in our name. We did that, brought him the alternator the next morning and two hours later were back on the road and travelled another 9 hours. It's been a week and things are still working so I'd call that a success. The only negative would be there isn't a waiting area. So I walked to the McDonalds next door and waited there. Luckily they didn't kick me out.

Customer service? Non-existent. They act like you ruined their day just by asking for an update. If you point out something they did wrong, don’t expect accountability — expect attitude. Best case, they gaslight you. Worst case, they straight-up tell you to screw yourself. (Yes, that actually happened.) Now let’s talk about the “work” they did. They half-ass everything. I mean everything. When they put the car back together, only about 70% of it actually makes it back in. Missing bolts, broken clips, random parts flopping around in the engine bay like a game of Jenga about to collapse. Wires dangling, brackets missing, sensors unplugged — it’s a rolling time bomb. They don’t torque anything to spec. They don’t test anything. And if they replace a part? Don’t worry — it’ll either be the wrong one, poorly installed, or left completely unsecured. I even found parts from my own car left in the trunk like some kind of sick souvenir. Had to bring it to another shop just to undo the damage. That mechanic said — and I quote — “Whoever worked on this either didn’t care or didn’t know what they were doing.” I say: both. Bottom line: this place doesn’t do engine swaps. They butcher them. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the rage. Go anywhere else

I just had to replace my ignition coil & spark plug again. Yet I remembered not long ago MJ put an ignition coil on my car in cylinder 1. Auto zone looked my number up and saw that I purchased a Duralast ignition coil already but when they went to cylinder 1. Mj added an off brand or different ignition coil….? I should have a Duralast ignition coil. He is the only one that has worked on my truck. They are scammers. There was no reason he should’ve switched the ignition coils out?? They are returning the good part for a store credit ! They need to be reported & shut down.

I've spent months going back and forth. They messed up some wiring in my car while trying to fix my AC and it ended up so that when I turn my car off everything else would stay on in the battery would die. When I asked him to fix this, he said that this was my fault to pay more to fix this issue, which was not a problem before I took it to him. Once I finally convinced him to fix this, I received my car back with a massive dent in the hood and a crack in the windshield which he refuses to fix. His work and refusal to take responsibility is a dishonor to his community and I would not recommend anyone use them for any purpose unless you want to go through something similar. He will subcontract out work and then if it doesn't work out he will blame the owner of the vehicle and ask for more money.
