Took my brand new van in for repair; first they don’t take checks really. Claimed they washed it; it’s dirty and they fully didn’t fit it. Staff was rude and unfriendly.

Unfriendly staff, no one looks like they even want to work there. Took one of our company trucks to them, they did a good job, but refused to work with us on the cost. Only one good thing that I would credit to the body mechanic.

From the start of my claim they were very helpful and profesional. My expierance with them was the best . They told me was going own from beginning to the end. Never did I feel out of the loop and the job was done on time. They went out of there way to help me on other stuff on the car (That they did not charge me for)and on helping with the insurance company. Ive recommend to all my family and friends.I have been to other body shops and I will not go anywhere alse.There are the best.

I took our 2013 Jayco Seneca motorhome in for some repairs and paint touch-up that was needed as part of the repairs. I worked Tim Melius from start to finish and he is excellent! He was very helpful in identifying some things I had not noticed and provided a seamless interface with my insurance company (Geico). It took a bit longer than he thought but that was caused by a delay in getting parts from Jayco. Once the parts arrived he promised the motorhome in 3 and it was ready! He went out of his way to meet us on Saturday (Brasher’s isn’t open Saturdays) so I could pick it up. I will certainly go there if I have a vehicle that needs body work and recommend them to everyone. They also have a great coupon on the web site right now (May 2015)

This has been our autobody shop of choice in years past. I almost didn't go with them this year because communication was tough. The phone is often not answered. No response to a social media inquiry. When I showed up in person to get an estimate, employees were not initially welcoming or responsive. What they lack in customer service communication, they make up for in actual body work. With some improvement in customer service interaction, they would rate highly in my book.

I have been an insurance agent in Gresham for 25 years. Unfortuantally over those years my family and I have experienced our fair times at the body shops. In those experiences I have decided to take all of our business to Jay Marquess at Brashers in Wood Village. The quality of work is outstanding, along with the customer service. They have gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs. After I had surgery they came and drove my car to their shop repaired it and even drove it back! Incredible!!! It was not only repaired but clean as clean could be! I have needed quick favors for others and Jay and his crew were right there to step up to the plate! I had contacted them on a saturday, forgetting that is was a saturday, they got back to me monday morning without me having to call again. I had gone to a different place for an estimate and it was over $200 more than what Adesa had charged me for. When i got my car it looked perfect, like nothing had happened. My car was washed and they even vacuumed out my floor boards. I really enjoyed doing business with this company not only for their amazing work but their wonderful/friendly customer service. If I ever have to bring a car back, which hopefully won’t happen, i will definitely be bringing it back to Adesa in Wood Village!!

A couple months ago someone keyed my car and damaged the front and rear passenger doors. I tried to buff it out but nothing worked. I took my car to Brashers and Pat talked to me about all my options and answered all my questions. The quote they gave me was very fair compared to the other quotes I got. Simply based on the courteous staff and their professional looking location, I felt much more comfortable with them working on my car compared to other body shops in the area. I would recommend anyone looking for a professional, honest body shop to go to Brashers!

Wow wow wow! That's all I have to say! These guys are the best! They are honest, professional, and will do everything possible to put a smile on your face! I took in my scion with rear damage and every other location told me I needed to replace it completely (it only had a small hole and a couple scratches). These guys were honest and said it does not need to be replaced and gave me a reasonable price! And when it was done, it looked exactly how it was before the accident. Paint was applied cleanly and perfectly, and the hole was filled, making it completely disappear. I promise you will not be disappointed with these guys.

I've had 2 damaged cars repaired at Brasher's in the last 4 years. Once a teen driver was paying too much attention to her phone and rear ended my metallic blue Honda. The other occasion was a lady who decided to sideswipe my white BMW M3 and remove my front bumper. On both occasions Brasher's did a phenomenal job with the repairs. The paint jobs on each car turned out so factory perfect, that it is impossible to tell they were ever re-painted at all. The body work was perfect, fit and finish were outstanding. These guys have earned any future business I might have and get a 5 star recommendation every time. I've referred dozens of people to them in the past few years and EVERY ONE said that their expectations were exceeded. These guys should be your only choice in collision repair.
