They are always looking for a way to not service your car. I come here regularly and I got the same speech the past 4 times "It's going to be a long wait time, up to one hour" - then I tell them it's ok and they even say "It might be more than one hour, are you sure?" The other day I was there more than one hour before closing time and when they finally approached my vehicle (they were still open for over an hour by then) they said "We can't do the oil change because there's not enough time" - When I asked for a manager they got really afraid and asked me to return to my vehicle (I didn't scream or put on a show but it was more like they knew what they were doing was wrong) and then they finally agreed to do it if I didn't speak with the manager. They had my car ready within 20 minutes... The times they said I should wait for over an hour they had my car ready within 30 minutes. Other excuses I got were "We have too many tire services and we are prioritizing those" It's so stupid that they don't want to do a service and now I have decided to go to a different one that is further away just to not have to deal with this. Prices are great but service SUCKS.

I scheduled an appointment online, ordered the tires online and paid beforehand. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and so was someone else for all 4 tires to be changed. Check in took about 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the tires I had ordered and sent to their location. There was only one service member for both appointments. I was told I would be waiting about 1hr-1.5hrs for my car AND the car that got there at the same time as me, at 11:30 it was finally my turn when I see they’re looking for something in my car. Turns out I have a special lug nut key that I didn’t know about and they couldn’t find it so they told me there was nothing they could do and I would need to come back. I was obviously quiet upset and went to my car to look for what they were talking about. Luckily I found it before I drove away and they were able to switch the tires after all. Warren was very apologetic and did what he could to make the situation right. They were able to get the tires changed in under 30 minutes after I found the key so I was really thankful they made sure to get it done quickly after having waited forever. I had not known about the special lug nut key beforehand but I was also told store policy is they’re supposed to check about a lug nut key when they check you in for your appointment. If they had followed policy it could’ve saved time and stress for everyone involved. 4 stars because I appreciate them doing what they can to make the situation right with me and getting my tires done quickly once they pulled my car back into the garage.

Orded tires online and installed at this location. Took me half an hour to get someone available to talk to me. After tires installation. Found out all my hubcaps scratched due to the tech put them upsidedown when remove the wheels. I found 1 of them even broken. Went back to store, the manager tried to blame the caps quality instead of taking ownership of the fault. I'm worried is the warranty going to be a waste of money when the store would blame something else so no expense on Walmart end.

I've had my oil changed here many times in the past without issue but this most recent visit will be my last. Not only did they neglect to re-clamp the air intake hose when they changed my air filter they also overfilled the oil and have rounded my drain plug which will now have to be replaced. This was a very upsetting experience that wasted hours of my time and potentially cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in repair cost. Considering I had arrived early, was first in line and the fact that they weren't busy indicates to me that none of this should have happened. Upon returning and after multiple warning lights came on driving home including the check engine light in a car that would now barely run and stall while idling, the first thing that was said to me was "I hope we put oil in it." They did have me pop the hood where the disconnected air hose was discovered and they did recheck the oil level where the overfill was discovered but they weren't able to reset or scan for any codes they caused. I was instructed to find an AutoZone and have them do it. I ended up taking care of it myself, something I shouldn't have had to do. Luckily no warnings came back on afterwards. Total negligence. Total incompetence. I will never be returning here.

I've come here often. But this is very disappointing and aggravating that NOT one person was working here when I arrived around 5. (It's supposed to be open until 7.) Another person had a 6pm appointment. Someone needs to be held accountable for this!

After waiting in line 2 hours after my scheduled tire appointment time, I finally gave up. There was zero indication if/when my appointment would be honored. I feel for the workers as they're short staffed. And I wouldn't attempt to have tires installed here if you don't have lots of time to waste.

I was scheduled for installation this weekend and they cancelled my order. Now I'll have to reorder my tires and wait for them to arrive again if I dont order elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, untrained. Rude , and avoid at all costs. They try not to work and will lie and say out of oil or filter. Check reviews before you go and save yourself an hour. Took a day off work for desperately needed oil change and just wasted an hour.

11:30 appointment for an oil change. No one in front of me when I pulled up exactly at 11:30. They didn't even pull it into the bay until 1:00. Finally done 2 hours 20 minutes later at 1:50. DOES AN APPOINTMENT MEAN ANYTHING?

Worst experience ever. Took them over 3 hours just to do all 4 tires on my 2019 Tacoma. None of the mechanics there have any hustle and I would not recommend getting your tires installed here

First I ordered tires through here online. Then I get a notification that they cancelled the order. There was no explanation just an email that it was cancelled. So I then called and made an appointment over the phone, they hung up on me while looking to see if they had my tires in stock. I got back ahold of the same person and they confirmed they had my tires and then booked my service a few days out. I got a message for me to confirm my arrival the day before. I leave work early too go to the appointment driving on my damaged tire. I wait for about 20 minutes for the guy to come out and tell me they don't have my tires and they don't have any tires that fit my truck at all. I lost money to make this appointment and drive across town in rush hour for nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I feel not right even giving 2 stars but they DID put tires on so they did what they were supposed to do. We made an appt at 1pm because we needed new tires asap for a trip the following day. It is now 6pm and we are STILL waiting. It completely derailed our day and the employees couldn’t even bother talking to us or acknowledging us. Terrible customer service. I get being overwhelmed but maybe don’t have an appt system if you’re not going to start on our car until 3:45pm after a 1pm appt. Ridiculous.

Update — My original appointment was the beginning of July. It is now end of September and they only refunded ONE of the four tires. Support is no help. Disputing this with my bank. I never really make reviews but my experience here really irked me. I placed an order for tires a week out. Received many texts confirming time and date up until the day of the apt. I called out of work and scheduled my whole day in advance for this only for they to cancel ONE HOUR before my apt through text. The msg says they did not receive my tires. I called and the guy on the other line was rudely talking over me and kept telling me to just come in. I told them they dont have my tires and the guy was like “oh idk”? Can’t they check internally? I was also told my refund would be received in 3-5 days over a month ago. I finally got a refund TODAY for ONE OF THE FOUR TIRES. I called the tire center and no one picked up. I was transferred to customer service. While attempting to tell them the tire center was not available the lady rudely cut me off and transferred me back to the tire center where no one seems to be working. I ended up contacting Walmart through an online chat. They said that they will be escalating this and filing a complaint with the center. Hopefully they figure it out because this was such an infuriating waste of time.

Brought my car in at 10:50 for an oil change, with one car ahead of me, and left at 12:45. One of the technicians broke off the plastic switch to adjust my front driver window. No one notified me. No note in the report. Just got to reach and find nothing on my ride home and eventually found the broken switch in the pocket of my driver door. Been on hold three different times for 45 minutes collectively. Keep getting passed from customer service to auto center (which doesn’t answer) only to be kicked back to customer service staff who kick you back to the line no one answers.

Bought 4 tires for my utility trailer online from Walmart. They were scheduled to be delivered Friday the 12th. I made an appointment at Walmart auto center for Monday to have them installed. No delivery on Fri. Said Mon instead rescheduled appointment for Tue. No show on Mon. Canceled Tue appt. Tires finally arrived on Wed. Made appt for Thursday to install. Got to my appointment and was informed that they don't install trailer tires. Safety hazard they said. Even though the service and price are listed on their website. I've tried buying tires through Walmart before and have had a horrible time. Somehow my account has been flagged. I've called in multiple times and their non English speaking associates have told me everything was OK, they had fixed it, I could use my account now. No such luck, not fixed. Finally used PP and was able to buy tires. I'm so done with this company. I'm sitting in my truck right now while a Walmart competitor installs my tires. A properly trained tire guy. No safety issues at all. No more tires from Walmart no matter how good a deal I might think I'm getting. Not worth the frustration.

I have used Walmart services several times over the past years. In last two times they have cost me more money. In August I went had the oil changed and they did not replace the filter and when they put the filter back on it has no ring. It left 9 quarts of oil on my drive way. Needless to say the clean up and fix was costly. A few pictures included of the oil. and how dark the remaining oil was in the filter we dumped in the pan after removing it. New oil would never be this dark. Then we went into Walmart for new tires in October- waited over 2 hours with an appointment. The service comes with replacing the TPMS. after the appointment and once we got back into the truck we realized they refunded 12.00 due to the TPMS could be installed. NO heads up on this- NO warning of this at the time we checked out. NOTHING. WE then took to another person to replace the TPMS which cost us another 100.00 due to removing the tires/ replacing and rebalancing them. When this should have been taking care of by Walmart. I called and NO response from the the Auto manager on either case!!! I spoke to other managers who promised he would call me. Sorry the service has gone down hill and the manager obviously is worthless.
