The store at this location is pretty decent. They have a wide variety of staff. Some were friendly but not especially knowledgeable One in particular was very knowledgeable but he was a jerk and several were both very friendly and very knowledgeable as well as helpful. They always seem to be pretty well stocked.

Waited forever for someone to come to the front desk. Heard people talking in the back and aisles. Yelled down several times for help and no one came. Eventually the phone rang and they finally came out but we left to give our money elsewhere.

Had to grab some zip ties to secure my flag down on my trailer. Being that the 4th of July is here, didn’t want to lose it on the road trip. I met two ladies that were working here & regardless of it being a holiday & they could have been home with family, they both were super helpful. Leigh M. Was very nice & I can’t recall they other lady but they make a super powerful customer service friendly team!!! Wish I could converse more but I have a road trip to make up north. I wish Grandma would have made the trip, but she is attending the 87th annual noodling ceremony in TN. She is looking to defend her 4 time back to back championship… so she couldn’t make it. Stop by & say hi 👋🏾 to these two ladies.

Story time. Went there for a simple battery change, unfortunately when they was changing my battery out in my Toyota Corolla he accidentally broke the Line to my radiator overflow line. But the great thing about them is they spent the next hour and a half looking for the peace they needed and fix my vehicle with no charge. They could have easily said well sorry you needed to call you a tow truck and then I had to take it to Toyota or someplace and get it fixed and it's been at a $500 to a thousand bucks for a small plastic piece. Just wanted to say great job guys and this tell me the place that I always need to go back to if I ever have any vehicle issues

My car battery was croaking...not sure it would start the car another time. Stopped in to Advance. The team member tested my battery. Found it was shot, sold me the comparable battery that was in stock and fully charged, installed it, checked it, disposed of the old battery...all in less than 30 minutes. A very good stop. Clean, uncrowded place. Masks worn by employees and customers. Plenty of room for easy social distancing, aisles organized and well-spaced. Shields at registers. The best part? The two guys working 12/12/2020 @4:30 or 5pm were SO courteous and helpful I could not believe it!! Shopping here was actually pleasant. Highly recommend!!

This team is one of the best! They've taken care of my family multiple times - including a battery for my car today and my husband's 2 weeks ago. Each time, their team showed patience and humor as they went about their work. They explained things as they went and made sure I understood the pricing or what they were about to do. Tyesha had a smile on her face the whole time she installed my battery in 112⁰ 🥵 weather today! ❤️ her! I can't say enough great things about this staff! Truly appreciate their service and professionalism!

Idk who does the hiring here but every time I visit this specific location (which is not often, this store is always my last resort) they are never welcoming. Customer service is terrible here and I won't be back after this last time. I've never experienced this issue at AutoZone.
