The lady who was working when I qeny in this morning to buy wipers was awesome and super nice. She showed me how to put my wipers on and then made me do one myself so I actually knew how to do it from now on. I'm glad I stopped at yhat store this morning.

I would have given the store zero stars if it was an option. I was given the wrong bulb according to there system but they would return it because I had opened it. Told me I should have pulled the old one to compare before I purchased. Taking no ownership at all that there system is wrong. I will never do business again with this store. Dave the manager was rude!! Acitng as if I was trying to defraud him out of a 7.99 bulb.

Purchased a battery January 17 and less than 7 months the battery has died and the store "can't find the warranty info on the battery" but is able to see that I purchased that same battery on that date in their system anf will not issue any store credit or honor warranty to replace it...will not return to any advance auto store. Purchased a new battery at Auto zone like I should have done the first time...Terrible customer service.

The younger guy working tonight was incredibly helpful. Said he's been there three years. I had to get my battery checked and then replaced. He got me back on the road in no time and was even helping other people in-between while I decided on a battery. I'll be back to this specific location because of the exceptional service and professionalism he showed tonight.

Purchased brake pads front and back and cleaner and grease yesterday. Got set up with person to put on my brakes got ready to install , wrong brakes. The manager and sales associate was very nice even though I was given wrong brake pads. Went back didn’t have my receipt wasn’t concerned most places have it on file. The manager waited on me Trey. He was not friendly, said he couldn’t give $ back without receipt. I wasn’t wanting $ back I wanted the correct pads. These were cheaper by roughly $9 said can’t give $ just a card but I could just give it to someone if I didn’t want it. I said so it’s your guys mistake and I end up having to have the person installing come back again and now I don’t even get cash back for the difference. I said that’s real fair. He could cared less just said “ sorry about that” with a care less attitude. I am very disappointed to have had this poor service from the manager.

This is the only auto store I go to Regina and her staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable and make sure I get a warranty on anything I buy. Bought a headlight not too long ago she explained to me the warranty and how it works never in life did I think of getting a warranty on a headlight but im thankful she explained now I get a warranty on anything its offered on they are hands down the best
