Tried to order a part on line to take advantage of 10% off on line orders, but was told by NAPA {via NAPA chat} that the Waterloo store does not participate in the discount and I could not order the part on line.....not very customer friendly!!!!!!

Ordered a thread repair kit wasn’t told it didn’t come with the drill bit for the kit to work. I was then told by the store manager they didn’t carry the drill bit I would need to use the kit. What a disappointing experience.

Went in looking for a tool cart they dont have any instock they wont even order one in so I can at least see it in person. After that I wanted to look at one of their impacts and they just shoved me out the door because they were going to close in a few minutes....poor service in Waterloo napa off of university.

Love these guys. Always very helpful with cross referencing what we need for our business. And let's be honest, they have some experienced folks that can help. I was looking for a fuel additive originally, when I asked if there was a difference between different products. Rather than help he simply said "they are all the same". Despite the unfriendly service I decided to get some windshield wipers. He did look them up, but still didn't come over to help. I had asked him to help and he simply said "there all the same". I still was going to buy the products, but when I asked him to install the $95 worth of wipers. He said Napa doesn't do that. "You should go to the other guys. We don't do that. So I am going to go somewhere else, you lost out on about $125 worth of sales.
