I have had three different repairs done at Falls Auto. The first one was installing a new horn button. The horn failed the first day. They charged me a extra $150.00 to install a larger fuse. The next repair was installing new rubberized valve gaskets. The right valve cover gasket was leaking oil after I took it for a test drive. The third repair was installing new upper control arm bushings. My car is now creaking and squeeking worse then before. It's pretty evident they were not installed properly. A different shop confirmed they were not installed properly. I am totally disappointed in there service.

Im new to the area. Ive used 2 other shops with terrible service. These guys were recommended by a coworker. They have done a few little things for me. All went smoothly and price is very fair. Take your vehicles here and avoid the bs other shops do!!
