Knowledgable and friendly staff. Walked in with an error code and a shaking vehicle. Learned I had a misfire, learned how to replace the spark plugs, loaned me some tools and bought some others. In the parking lot I did my first tune up. I cranked it back up and still had an issue. Recieved some advice and tested the coil caps. Isolated the problem and replaced. Left with a working vehicle that I personally learned how to troubleshoot because the staff are basically sages of wisdom. Highly recommend!

I am only person in store the lady is hanging up on a customer on the phone talking about she is too busy. she didn't want to look up Dorman pn 80189 told me the store didn't have it computer showed no results. I was thinking about using this store but now know better.

The policy on returns sucks so bad. I bought a starter and obviously HAD to test in the car and install to see if that was the problem, turns out it wasn't and they didn't let me return and refund my money. Basically throw money in the trash because of them

Terrible service in this location. My battery is bad. I bought it 3 weeks ago. Lady on front desk didn't change it or valid the guaranty because the tester on this store shows that he battery is good but when I took it to another shows that the battery is bad.

Bought headlight bulbs at this store. They were priced significantly higher than another store I shipped at, but that store was out of stock. When the employer rang up the purchase, I noticed it was about $3 more than it should’ve been. The employer charged me for bulb grease without asking if I needed any. I brought this up to the manager and he blamed me for not noticing that the employee scanned it. Does anyone know if this store is locally or corporate owned?
