AAP sales associate, Juan, provided awesome customer service for me today! I purchased a Die Hard battery from AAP a year or two ago, but I didn't have a receipt, so I purchased a replacement online to ensure I had a digital receipt for warranty purposes. Went to pick up the battery and briefly discussed with Juan that I was replacing a battery whick was likely on warranty, but that I had no receipt. Before completing the new battery purchase, Juan searched my purchase history, confirmed that I purchased the Die Hard battery from AAP, and that it was covered under a 4 year warranty. Juan offered a free electrical checkup and battery test. The battery test confirmed that there were no issues with the battery currently installed, or with the vehicle charging system, and gave me a refund for the online purchase. Great service and competitive prices, which is why AAP is always my first choice when purchasing auto parts. Thanks Juan!

Shout out to Juan!! I was having battery problems, Juan came out to run a test. My battery wasn't working up to it's fullness, so I ended up getting a new one I had my 2 month old son with me. It’s unfortunate I have to leave this review. But it’s needed. I’m in your system so you can pull my history. My wife stopped in to grab a replacement wiper for the ones I recently bought, that one of your guys put on. It flew off(shouldn’t have happened if it was locked properly). So figured since you guys have been great to me, she would experience the same. First question she was asked ‘Oh well, did you put em on yourself?’ Then she was charged for the warranty replacement. & no help offered to put it on. I guess your boys were too busy chuckling amongst themselves to care. I drove down to resolve the issue myself and had the warranty replacement handled properly. Cashier JH00908821 Joe, assisted her. We won’t be back in.
