Bought a new car battery and they have signs on the front door and throughout the store that if one buys a car battery they will install it for you. After we paid for the battery we asked the clerk to install it for us but he gave us a lame excuse that there weren’t enough employees around to install the battery! So he declined! I was very frustrated with his answer and left! Never again!

I tried to buy a part here during posted open business hours but the doors were locked, lights on and there were male employees inside and they saw me at the door but no one came to open the door. There was no note posted on the door so they should still be open. So strange.

Ordered online. When I got there they asked me to go get the items I ordered from the shelves. They didn’t have one of the items. Said they would have to cancel the whole order. I lost 20% off +my $5 coupon because of this. Sergio gave me $5 off my order but not the 20% on top like when I ordered online. Probably won’t shop here again.

In the morning they gave me a broken battery. I told them it didn't work. Without testing it on the car, an employee there said the battery was good and that they couldn't take it back. I went to another car part shop and they said the battery didn't work. I replaced it with another battery. I will never go here.
