Made an appointment to get new tires & it was serviced at the scheduled time. I got an alignment as well. Paid an extra $20 per tire to have them rotated every 5K miles & cover flats for the life of the tire.

Extremely satisfied experience. I came in to the shop today around 5pm to get my flat tire repaired. These guys are usually pretty busy but today I was in and out within about 30min. These guys also saved me $80 on a service another shop said I needed but they said my car didn’t need at all. Their service was great and my car drove much better after the repair and the tire pressure was checked. I’m only coming here for my tire needs and repairs. I definitely recommend 👍

I would give zero stars if I could. Annie originally quoted me $140 for a new tire, but when I arrived to pick up my car the total had suddenly jumped to $210 with no clear explanation. When I questioned it, she brushed it off as a "service fee." After paying, I checked my itemized bill and found a $25 charge for an extended warranty I never requested. When I went back to ask why, she told me she assumed I wanted it which is dishonest and unacceptable. She eventually removed it, but not before rolling her eyes like I was the problem. To make matters worse, another employee told me my car was ready when it wasn't. They had confused it with another vehicle, wasting an extra 30 minutes of my time. The lack of transparency, careless mistakes, and unprofessional attitude were beyond frustrating.

Professional, timely, friendly and honest! Dropped by this morning without an appointment to patch up my right rear tire and it was free! I had called a few places closer to home but this spot answered right away and let me know there were a few ahead of me. Brought my father-in-law's car to get a tire patched as he had a nail in it. They already had a few cars up on the racks in front of me so I knew it would be a while but they checked me in right away. Had to wait about 50 minutes or so, but they tire was fixed with no issues and NO CHARGE. Great customer service.

I purchased four new tires for my Nissan as I usually buy them at nissan dealership but was told about deals that you guys had. Junior gave me the best deal and even included a free tire rotation on my next oil change. Very good service. Treated me very well. I highly recommend this place. Update: management emailed me stating they were sorry to hear about my experience and even said a district manager would call me and guess what.... they never called me. 🫠 Now I know I'll never go back again I can't believe I have to write a bad review about this place. I've been here many times and have recommended this place to friends and family but this may be the last time I come here. I replaced all 4 tires less than 24 hours ago and my tire was pretty much flat. My husband had to fill it with air 3 times and when I came back to the shop, the employee totally dismissed me. Didn't bother to apologize, ask which tire was the issue. All he said was that they were really busy. I understand being busy but what the heck?! They don't check their work before sending people out on the street? He said it's not their job to check is everything is working after the fact. Just wow. Oh yeah and the employee's name was Marco

Terrible and unprofessional service. Definitely don't take care of your car as if it's their own. They will quote you a price but upsell in person. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go elsewhere if u need work on your car. Worst auto repair shop out there

Came in the get oil changed out on my wife’s cars. Guy gave me a price over the phone and then changed when I was there. The only reason why I went with it was because I had to leave out of state and wanted the service done fast. I made an appointment only to still have to wait over 2 hours for a simple oil change. I saw other pales cars come and go even when they arrived after me. The service was nonexistent. The guys were having a great time in the back leaving the customers all waiting in the front. I saw the tech service other cars and literally just sit there in a chair while my car was outside waiting to be serviced. I was about to ask them for my keys so I can take it somewhere else when the workers decided to pop up like I inconvenienced them and told me I was next. I’ve been to the other location in Montebello and never had issues. Don’t ask to make appointments if you aren’t going to stick to it my time is valuable and don’t need to be waiting for something I made time to get done. I definitely won’t be coming back here again.
