If you are looking for a professional, fairly priced auto shop that does exactly what it promises and excels at customer service, Steven Luzzi Automotive is your answer. The shop is impeccable, and Steven and his son Austin took wonderful care of me and my vehicle. I brought my Mazda in for its regular service, which I've normally done with the dealer in the past, until I became frustrated with the dealership's overpriced services and pushy upselling. A friend recommended Luzzi Auto, and received the same exact factory-recommended services (with the added bonus of stellar customer service) for $620 less than the dealership was going to charge me for this routine maintenance. With Luzzi, I was quoted over the phone for services before securing my appointment, and on the day of, drop off was simple and efficient - and they even gave me a ride to work nearby. I'm grateful the Luzzi family takes such good care of its customers, and delighted I've finally found an auto shop with integrity.

I finally found an auto shop that is knowledgeable, fair, and honest about your car. I been going for about two years now. Steve who runs the shop has a great team behind him to solve problems. My personal experience of why I like coming here is you get the professionalism of dealership service without the run around. Most importantly their prices are fair. Steve is honest and gives you accurate information of your car and advises on what is needed to do the job correctly. I can tell the team takes pride in their job and love what they do. I don't think I ever seen a cleaner shop then Steven Luzzi Automotive. I am happy to say I found my mechanic. :)

My experience was great. I went to change my alternator. The first time i had it replaced the light in my dashboard started to come on again. Austin told me to bring it back and it was replaced no charge. He was very kind and professional and they are quick in getting your car back. My first time going and if needed, I will return. Thank you Team Luzzi! Our family has been served by Steven Luzzi Automotive for at least 25 years. They only do the work you really need. They kept our family minivan going well past 100,000 miles which considering all of our various adventures is amazing. They also tell you when something like tires are getting tired and estimate the cost of the eventual remedy so you can save up. Makes managing car maintenance a lot easier.
