Female (2) and (2) older males standing around talking, cussing and laughing at the time of 8am-ish when me and a couple of more customers entered the store located on Ellis Ave; Jnx, totally ignored us!!! The manager wasn't in the store yet. The sales clerk named Stephanie (aka-cotton candy) was eating her breakfast at the 3rd register in the back!!! Her attitude stinks, she was the one talking loud and cussing!!

Never again will I come to this location. I went to this location for rear rotors and brake pads. The associate was extremely unprofessional. He was more interested that I did not want to take a “deal” to get my items cheaper by paying cash. This took 30 mins-45 mins only for him to charge me for the wrong items. Then turn around to try and get the correct items only to find out they did not have them. Which was another 30 mins. I took my business to Autozone!

Went there for new wiper blades. Got them for a good price. Was embarrassed to tell the guy I didn't know how to put them on, but he was very chill about it and put them on for me and showed me what to do so I know for next time. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We want to recognize a store we went in Jackson Ms. We had outstanding customer service done for us when we was in a pickle. We was on our back to Missouri when we needed an alternator . They went above a beyond to help us be on our way. They shown compassion when I came in cut my finger and got it fixed up. They even helped us with tools so we can fix our car in the parking lot. I appreciate what they did for us. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you so much!
