VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , we had been communicating back and forth with each other on when he would come out to look at my vehicle & then on the day of I asked if he were still planning on coming out to look at it & he replied yes but that he was under a vehicle at the moment & I was like oh that’s cool I was just wondering because I hadn’t heard from you & on the day of like an hour prior to him supposing to be there he literally stopped responding to text or anything & never showed 🆙 or gave a reason as to why he wouldn’t be coming either……so yeah he seems to definitely not be a business person or a man of his word……

Derrick did an amazing and professional job! My vehicle was not cranking and needed a tune up and oil change. Not only did he get it back working and did the tune up and oil change. It was a very reasonable price! My car was in a shop twice over the past 2 weeks and I spent HUNDREDS of dollars and it still wasn’t fixed. Derrick pulled up to the crib and handled business. Being a single mom with 3 sons in 3 different schools my vehicle is vital. I appreciate you sir! And I definitely won’t be contacting no one else in the future!

They did great work and I plan to have them do more. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it within a few hours I was back on the road. They replaced the starter on my 2014 Buick. They came to my home and were able when to get the parts for me at the auto parts store. Timely and professional I called at 8 am and they were able to get to me by 12 noon By 2:30 I was back on the road.

Please don’t waste your time or money with this nonsense. I called him to do a diagnostic and repair. All he did was clear the code and charge me. The check engine light came right back on less than 10 minutes later and the engine started smoking. I bought the replacement parts for him to do the work and he stopped responding. I don’t believe he has the skills to do the job and I hate I basically got swindled out of my money. The one plus is he gave me a $5 discount on the $100 diagnostic, but I believe he only did that because he messed something up when he went under the hood (hence the smoke I didn’t have prior to his service). If I could give negative stars I would. Do not use this service!! I will be using a REAL mechanic not an actor going forward. This is what happens when you try to support your own people and their “businesses”. Such a pitiful thing… 👎🏾

I set up an appointment with this guy just so he can no show and waste my time. Communication and customer service skill are trash. Do not waste your time with this guy!!!
