I didn't get any work done but the owner assisted me with a problem that I was having with another installer, I went to this shop in order to get a mess that Mid south accessories had made while installing a system for me but instead I received some great advice on getting my money back from mid south, and I did, this young could have charged me more money but instead he helped me out. I plan to return soon and have a system installed in my truck the correct way.

My experience at Discount Car Audio exceeded all of my expectations!!! I was very pleased with my jeep with the exception of it not having Bluetooth radio so I took it here for an upgrade. Reggie installed my new system in less than an hour and when he was done I was surprised that he had installed a more advanced system than the one I could afford and he did it for the same price that he had originally quoted me. This was quick, efficient, and excellent customer service. Thanks Discount Car Audio, this was the best experience ever!!!

Sorry about the first review. I had started writing it, but then I was interrupted and forgot to go back to it. I didn't even realize it posted. I actually had a pleasant experience with Discount Car Audio. The owner was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. I previously called around to other car audio shops, but I experienced the best customer service here. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I plan to do more business with this company again.

I had an audio system installed in my car, and I am very impressed with how quickly the installation was completed, the quality of the work performed, and the reasonable price.
