There horrible please avoid them at all cost they have no idea how to run a business poor customer service and extremely I mean extremely slow. And then after taking forever they have the nerves to have an attitude. Doubt if they will be in business to long because there clueless

I was from out of town. I had a flat tire. I went to another place called Mavis. They tried to sell me a new tire telling me that my tire, which all it had was a nail in it, well 2 nails the tread on the side wall was cut which it wasn't and my wheel was bent neither was true got my tire fixed and will be back to purchase new tires soon.

Bmw convertible tires are not common, and they damn sure ain't cheap. Had a steady leak in one of mine and pulled into this place short on solutions and even shorter on $. Not only did he find a really decent used tire to fit my needs, he mounted,balanced, and rolled it out to my car for under 60$. Good folks, good business, fair pricing. The place is in general disorder, but if you see a tidy auto repair business.. It's cuz they ain't doing any. They got my business for life

Went in to have a tire replaced. I had my own full sized spare tire. Once I got my car back the white wall on my tire was completely gone. Turned into a black wall tire. This was just on Dec 28 2024. Did not reach out to the shop afterwards because if that happened I will not take my car back. After looking into it my tire was put on backwards

Tried to finesse me out of 170 plus tax then proceeded to rip my speakers out of my benz. I went for a flat tire. They claimed the tire couldn't be repaired. Ok sell me a used tire. He quoted 50 for a used tire. So im waiting for the tire change and about 15/20 mins, that's when he claimed they didn't have a tire all of a sudden. So I asked how much was a used tire he said 170. I said nah no I'm good. Asked if they could put my spare on instead. They charged me to put on the spare. I drive away wondering why my subs aren't working. I got my hair done and then left from there to work once in my vehicle again I'm wondering why my subs aren't working. Didn't have time to look so when i went on break at work im giving my system a look over. They had snatched my sub box from the wires and there's metal all one my trunk area.

Could have set my truck on fire. Wires we're smoking. Terrible place of business. Tried to scam me into buying a tire. So I got a flat on state st and was able to make it here. I had to call for service. Took about 15 mins for somebody to come outside. Ok guy comes out and asks what I need. I said fix a flat or a tire. So time is passing and I'm waiting 15 mins maybe and he claims there's no way to fix my tire ok then used tire it is. 15more mins we don't like the way the used tire looks and don't wanna sell it to you ok cool. So what now. I got new tires 170 I say naw I'm ok I don't need a tire that high for 1 tire. Can you just put maybe spare on please. He charged me 10 for that ok. I head over to my hair appointment wondering why my subs aren't firing. Get done with my hair drive off still no subs. I get to work had to wait till break time to check on my subs. They had been snatched out. See attached picture. There's metal all over that area. Somebody snatched them so hard it shredded the metal on the wires. Wish i could give stars. Ppl do not go here especially if you're a woman they think we're stupid then when you don't fall for they foolishness they try to damage your vehicles. Definitely the most unprofessional tire place I have been to. All they had to do was push the subs out the way. Thank God my truck didn't catch fire.
