★☆☆☆☆ Two weeks ago I booked online an appointment at this dealership for the first oil change on my new Audi. I was looking forward to getting this service performed tomorrow per the confirmation received 2 weeks ago. Today they called to find out what service I needed and when I explained the vehicle needed an oil change they explained that they are really booked up and the earliest this could be accomplished would be the end of the month. If you are looking to avoid a frustrating and toxic experience I suggest a different dealership. I experienced the same issue with attempting to book service on my Land Rover at this location.
