Went in this morning in order to get a bad alignment from another Firestone corrected, and they were welcoming, understanding, and quick to get it done. Everyone in the shop was friendly and knew what they were doing. I believe Eric was the one who was advising me, and if so, he was excellent!!!!

I drove from Dallas,TX to Jackson because my son goes to JSU and is in the band and currently in band camp. However, he had a flat and cracked his rim so it needed repairing and he was advised by Joe that he needed new tires on Sunday. My son dropped rim off to get repaired and I went to Fitestone to have it put back on and to purchase 4new tires on Wednesday. Spoke with both Terrance and Joe during my time there. I arrived around 12:30pm waiting, so after 2hours I asked Terrance the status and he advised they were having trouble mounting the rim on the tire so I continued to wait. After 2 more hours, Terrance advised me they could not do it. I was so upset because of the long wait and no other communications from Terrance as of the status and what else occurred. I spent my whole day there with no results and before I left, the had the audacity to ask me to purchase the tires and get them put on somewhere else. I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter. This was very unprofessional, and inconsiderate of my time and did not do anything. Poor customer service...

I came here at 9:30am in morning on 3/30/25 for a front-end alignment which I called about day before and was spose to get it took care of but they steady putting customers ahead of me as they come in with no appointments I would have went to my local Firestone in vicksburg ms but the alignment rack is down being worked on so I drove out of my way to stil give Firesone my business I guess I'll be forced to find me another tire and alignment shop that will treat me fair and equal hope yall look over yalls orders & cameras in computer to prove this issue I will be letting my family and friends know about this issue and to find a new location also we run 2 businesses through yall also for tires but will no longer do it and I guess I'll lose out on the lifetime alignment scam it's not worth the trouble if you have to waste a whole day to get a alignment and watch people be put ahead of your appointment they just now putting my truck on rack to work on it at 1pm 4 hours later and still aint working on it yet very aggravated and not happy with service after it cost me over $200 for a simple alignment

On Sunday, December 28th, my husband walked in to the 2335 Hwy 80 store at 11:35am no one there to assist. As we were leaving we saw a rep at the terminal. My husband returned to the store for assistance. The useless attendant with braids never looked up or offered to assist. We took our money elsewhere.

We were caught in a tight spot when we hit a pothole the size of Texas on Gallatin Street in Jackson Ms on their raggedy roads. I called these guys and Joseph answered the phone he was so polite, professional, and beyond helpful, and understood my frustration with these Jackson MS roads, they had the tire we needed, and let me just say it was some of the best customer service you could ever ask for!!! If you are ever in the need for tire service please check them out. Also ask for Joseph Thomas, again couldn't ask for better customer service, he and his guys most definitely went above and beyond to help us out!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Sooo yea, they asked me to leave a review and here it is... Customer service sucks, and price gouging is crazy work. I just needed a new serpentine belt put on. So I drive up there with a frayed belt at around 12. Mind you, I called in advance and was ASSURED, that they could take care of me no problem. it would be an easy and quick fix they said. So I get up, and its not really busy or anything so im thinking "awesome, I'll be in and out" that was not the case. I speak with the front desk guy, and I give him all the information he asked me for and I wait... for 3 whole hours!!! Finally getting fed up i asked another guy whats the hold up. Apparently I wasn't even checked into the system, then he tells me they wont even be able to get to my car because it was late and the guy who knows how to do it (how is there only 1 mechanic that knows how to change a serpentine belt?) went on break. So with my frayed belt I drive back home and decide to wake up early the next morning to get this squared away. I got there around 8 or 9 in the morning, and didn't leave until around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. And here's the kicker, I had to pay 200 bucks for this level of trash service. it only took them 10 mins to actually put the belt on. The most expensive belt I found for my car was 45 bucks the cheapest was 19 bucks. So im paying 200 bucks and wasted dang near 12 hours for a 10 minute job and at most, a 45 dollar part... Definitely wont be coming back, dont give this place any kind of business because its clear they really dont care. They had plenty of time to be laughing and chatting it up and being glued to those phones, but clearly we're just to bothered to do a easy 10 min job, which they ASSURED me would be done no problem. There were problems.

Matthew was awesome help at the 761374, Firestone Complete Auto Care,1095 US HWY 51, MADISON, MS. Very helpful. After I experience so much rudeness and no help at the Hwy 80 location in Jackson Mississippi I decided to call the Madison store. Matthew looked up my warranty and assisted me with getting a prorated tire because I was covered under road hazard protection. The worker in Jackson refused to look up my warranty and assist me with getting a new tire. He insisted that my only options was to pay full price. I explained to him I just purchased 4 news tires from that location less than 6 weeks ago and I had a warranty. He declined to help me or look it up. Another mechanic came in and stated look up her warranty, a new tire might be covered with a smaller fee. He told him no, they couldn't do that and I can come back that Monday to talk to the manager Eric. There where no customers in this location when I got there. Im not sure why he would not help me. But I called the location in Madison, MS. And received the best help from Matthew.

On November 7th, I had extensive brake service completed at this Firestone location on HIGHWAY 80 In Jackson, totaling almost $2,000. Yesterday, December 8th, my brakes completely failed while I was driving. I was unable to stop the vehicle and it was only after the brakes eventually locked that the truck came to a full stop. Fortunately no one was injured, but the situation could have been tragic. Having a major brake failure only one month after paying for a full brake repair is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of the work performed. I trusted this shop with a critical safety issue and that trust was violated. At minimum, I expect Firestone to fully investigate what went wrong, take responsibility, and correct this issue without additional cost to me. More importantly, I want other customers to be aware that this was not a minor inconvenience—this was a dangerous safety failure. I called and only to no avail options, acted like as if nothing happened and refused to help pay the tow bill due my truck stopping due to their mechanical failure. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO BE AWARE, your car is your safety and I have very small kids. I’m so happy no one was hurt and they were rude and dismissive. It makes you wonder what type of leadership they are under because this behavior was adopted and accepted
