Freeman employees and owner are the most professional, courteous and sincerest folks I have ever taken my vehicle to. They checked my vehicle's brakes, and let me know that I didn't need to replace my brakes. Probably got about 30,000 more miles to go before I need brakes. In my opinion, other shops like Firestone or Goodyear would have raked me over the coals and insisted that I pay for an expensive unnecessary brake repair. We have been a loyal customer for many years, even refer people - until now! The best part of your company was always great service, top notch repairs at reasonable and fair costs. Today we were charged for 5 hours of labor that only took ONE hour to install a $50 part - total cost of $500!! We understand you need to make a profit, but not when you over price your work - that's never happened to us before, that's why we were loyal customers. Not anymore! We won't be back! UPDATE: It took a little time to get back with us - but you did. Thank you for the apology, and the chance to redeem the repair that ended up wasn't done properly. You have regained my husbands faith in you. Whom ever takes over from what you have established needs to keep in mind that faithful customers treated well will keep you in business.

Took my car to Freeman’s for a repair. From the start with a quote, the individuals I talked to were professional, quick to get back to me, and reasonably priced. I took my car in to get serviced first thing the next morning. As they worked, they ran into multiple issues with the repair because my car wanted to be difficult - not them. Freddy’s communication with me was great! He updated me along the way with each thing that happened, explained it in a way I could follow, and the steps they were going to take to ensure they fixed the issue. They persisted and got the job done. Price was more than original quote because of the challenges my car threw at them led to more labor hours and an additional part, which Freddy explained to me. Price was still reasonable and I think I would have paid much more had I gone somewhere else. I felt they were very honest, professional, and fair priced. Appreciate you guys! -the (not so) “proud owner” of the Altima that had you guys all frustrated lol thank you!

Great honest fair & reasonable people. Highly recommend them. They are my new repair shop going forward. Only regret is I didn’t start going to them years ago…. Update on different vehicle….. If you don’t listen to anything else I tell you. Believe me when I tell you the mechanics Freeman Auto Repair know what they are doing & are good honest people. This car was at 3 previous shops & they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I dropped this car off at 10:00am this morning and it was ready by 4:00pm. Was very upset at how i was treated. Was charged for stuff that didn’t even needed to be done. Made it around 4:40 to pick up my car paid was driving off my car just shut off. They wasn’t in a hurry to help push the car back. What hey claim they fixed was even what was wrong. We found the issue and showed them a cable that was loose causing the car to shut off. They put tape on it to hold and sent me out. The front desk lady was very rude. They was only worried about closing at 5. No thank you are anything just bad vibes. Save your money and shop with honest people and that appreciate your business very upset and i have read good things about this shop. It was the other way for me please take your money some where else and save yourself a headache!!!!!

***UPDATE*** I had a small part fail from the repair that they did. Freeman’s took the time to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend Enough, how awesome bad in his team were in addressing my issue most places would’ve blown me off, but that made sure I was taken care of. This was a big job too, so it really means a lot that they stood behind their word and honored their work. This is why I love dealing with Freeman’s I love dealing with Freemans. Thad and his crew are always so helpful and nice. They take the time to let me ask questions and don’t rush me. They also communicate and get things completed in a timely manner. They listen and give their honest opinion. Their prices are fair and their work is of high quality.
