Poor service my boss left his truck for them to work on an they left it outside the radio an both batteries were stolen out the truck.the didn't even offer to replace what was stolen

Do not take your vehicle here. If you don't have a vast knowledge about cars, they will leverage this against you and fix something on your car that doesn't fix the problem and won't give your money back after you call them out on it. If you want to be finessed than take your car here.

At first, communication sucked but after establishing client relationship, it was a little easier. Still having issues with my car though. Edit: my alternator fell out of my car whilst driving 👍

Waited 10 days for an open appointment, took the car in and two days later they still had not diagnosed the problem, had not even troubleshot it. They didn't seem to care.

VERY, VERY unprofessional!!!! This place had our vehicle for more than 2 weeks before they touched it. They never answered the phone and told us our truck needed a timing chain for 2500 but called us back the next week saying its running and that will cost 1500.... DO NOT take your vehicle here please!!!! Look around for a honest mechanic or auto eletric specialist!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE don’t care here!! Car was broken into and A-1 Lock and Key tech told me reason my car wouldn’t start was mechanical issue and suggested I take it to this company.. they installed starter charged me over 800.00 .. after picking up vehicle my air conditioner wasn’t working and seat belt wasn’t working.. left me ease for owner to call me..(never received call.. took vehicle to get diagnostic test and found compressor was unplugged. I notice another reviewer had same problem (I’m thinking it was done by shop so customer would have to bring back in and get overcharged)..

The service on the transmission was great.but the other stuff they messed up was uncalled for. I now have to buy a compressor because the plug was pulled out, the alternator was not tighten downs it was not charging. When I carried it back in, they fixed everything and I got 2 blocks before the battery light came on.
