I didn't get a chance to use their services but the fact that when I was in need, stranded on the side of I-20 with a dead truck, Ms. Melissa offered to have one of her techs come out and check on me and jump my batteries or take me to a hotel room until a truck was available to tow me to Kenworth the next morning. She told me to call and see if another company might have a truck available sooner but to call back to let her know regardless because she didn't want me stranded in the cold. Just this bit of compassion tells me this is a company that truly cares for its customers and potential customers. If I ever need a tow again in this area, Ward's will be my first call.

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! Stay away from these guys. They charge INSANE prices. The owner is a complete 0. He charges $4000 for a 3 mile tow. He towed my truck down the street and charged us $4000. Said he'd hold my truck hostage if I didn't pay. Talk about the DIRTY SOUTH! Stay AWAY TRUST ME!! This is a DISASTER.

My stolen vehicle was recovered by the police and had Ward's pick it up. I called them to get the information on picking it up and spoke with Wendy. Someone better give her a raise before another company steals her. She is absolutely the type of employee you want answering your phone as a business owner. She was extremely professional, considerate and polite. She made this whole mess of a situation much better.

My vehicle was towed last night out of Richland MS when I called last night about the price to get my vehicle back, the lady informed me that I couldn't retrieve it until Monday morning, I didn't understand why that was, but I called back k this morning wanting to know where my car was and the lady in Pearl had a very nonchalant attitude and when we got ready to ha g up the phone I stayed polite and ok thank you mam and she just hung up the phone! I'm a public service worker/ former law enforcement officer and putting g my life on the line everyday for the safety of the public was my passion, but to get the reactions and answers I received from the lady in Pearl!! That was like a slap in the face! Very unsatisfied! I pray that when I go pick my truck up in the morning that I have a better experience. I CHOSE MY CAREER! MY CAREER DIDN'T CHOOSE ME! AND I LOVE IT!!!

These people were GREAT! It was kind of late and there were not many people willing to pick up from the area where the car was located in Jackson. Wards had NO problem getting right on the job! Earl was the driver who came and picked up the vehicle and he was very professional and on time!! I would definitely recommend their services to ANYONE!! I didn’t get the young lady’s name who answered the phone but she was very professional and she told me EVERYTHING. I needed to know over the phone including the fees!! I’m glad they were here to help because I probably would not have travelled to that area at night myself! THANK YOU ALL!!

I want to thank Tray for helping me with a bad towing company in Horn Lake, MS. This bad company uses predatorial practices, doesn't abide by the rules of towing, and will double towing prices and add charges they didn't do. But Tray, the president of the towing committee, was awesome and very helpful. And I can't wait to file a complaint against Lazer Towing in Horn Lake Ms. ASAP

The only 24 hour tow that answered, I called 5. The lady that answered was extremely nice the tow made it to us in 10/15 mins Anthony was very polite and patient. He made us laugh while we waited this guy was in good spirits at 11:30 at night. They got the job done and I appreciate them so much! Highly recommended!!!!!

I didn’t catch the driver’s name, I want to say Tony maybe? And I’ve never had a better experience with a towing company. I don't enjoy spending money on car repairs, but this driver went above and beyond to take excellent care of my vehicle. Low class towing company. No set prices, they charge what they feel like. The price after the tow was CRAZY. Had me waiting in the rain for hours. Owner Trey was dismissive and not helpful at all.

Best towing in in Jackson MS area. Don't even bother to call or look for someone else. Other companies quoted us higher and gave us a run around that they are busy and they can only get to us in 2-4days since we needed a 500 mile tow. Every person I've dealt with was respectful and helpful Short towns to long tows call them! Thank You Wards team for same day semi tow to Atlanta!

If you have a low profile vehicle, please use another towing company. Wards will ask you to sign a waiver, so they're not held liable if they damage your car. My car was not handle with care at all. My Best recommendation would be ASAP Towing. If they're unavailable, they will provide really great available alternatives. Hercules Towing was recommended by ASAP Towing. A great experience compared to my previous experience with Wards a weeks prior on Easter day.

My friend and I were stranded on I10 in Mississippi. The dealership and AAA were running us into circles with nobody wanting to pick up a van and trailer. Well, our good friend Roger from Wards Wrecker pulled up to us and instantly started working on putting our vehicle on the wrecker truck. Other towing companies were telling us that we wouldn't be able to ride with the driver because Covid, but Roger wasn't going to leave us in the cold. He got us off the highway, and helped us get stuff moving and back on the road. He even got in touch with the CEO Robert Ward to tell him that we had a destination that were traveling to and really needed to come get our stuff from the van the next day. Roger worked with us to make that happen. Roger was quick, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. If you EVER are stranded day or night, seriously reach out to Wards Wrecker. They will take care of you with outstanding employees like Roger!
