This place has bad costumer service, charged me for a delivery fee that didn't get there on the day of and won't refund my full money back! Go to Autozone you'll get the same price but better service

They are the best shop for auto parts I've been to ever..the guy behind the counter..damn. I forgot his name but has tattoos on left arm ..met me with a warm welcome , sold me what I needed and answered more questions helping me save money , and I am visiting from TN and have to drive home soon..so every penny counts....I would have given 25 stars but I'm not able to..thanks again bro you gave me faith in auto parts stores again..

Terrible terrible these people sold me a car battery closed there doors the next day could of at least told me they wouldn't be open the next day, employees watching me pull and push the doors can't even have a conversation with me also would not answer the phone, now im stuck with a dead battery core I can't do nothing with and I still have the receipt

Never used Advanced auto and gave it a try. Ordered an axle from them and they claimed it was the right one but it wasn't. So had paid for labor at my mechanic just for the strut to be the wrong one. Then I gave them a second chance with buying 2 struts from them. Ordered it Friday evening and I was told it would be there Saturday morning. I called Saturday morning and was told " they are going to be here in the afternoon. Check your receipt cause the time is on that". I thought I was mistaken but the receipt said "delivery at 3:38am". So it should have been there. Either way I waited till evening time to call again and I was told that it will be there Monday morning cause I ordered too late on Friday and they don't get deliveries on Sunday. Waited till Monday morning and called for them to tell me it will be Monday afternoon. Then late Monday evening I call again and finally got told that they were never shipped cause they didn't have them in stock and to come back in for my refund. Got to the store and the manager told me that I could still get them but it would be another 3-5 days and I would have to pay an additional delivery fee if I did. Told them I rather take the refund. They have me the refund but nothing else. Even asked if there wasn't a coupon or anything to compensate for this experience but got told no. The customer service was terrible let alone the workers knowledge were pretty lacking. Luckily the O'Reilly's down the street gave me way better service, unfortunately they couldn't fully price match advance autos price for the struts but they did give me a huge discount still. And would definitely rather pay the extra for the better service. Was told my O'Reilly's that one strut will come in early morning Tuesday and the other Wednesday. Both struts made it by Tuesday afternoon

Nice store... very clean. The Rep was extremely helpful. I knew Absolutely nothing about the Product I needed, and the Rep took his time to explain how it worked, and what I needed to know. I came home, and hooked it up in 5 minutes Thanks to him. He also suggested an extension cord (Just in Case), and sure enough I did need one, so he also saved me a second trip. I'm very pleased 😀

DON'T come here!!!! I have tried twice to return a pair of calipers for the core charge. It will take you at least 2 hours to get through the door, even if you only need to do a quick transaction. No wonder they are going out of business.

Went to buy some parts for my truck. Pulled in the parking lot and noticed a line of approximately 20 people waiting in line at the front door. Asked why and was told only one person in the store at a time due to theft in the store. Ok I understand but like always the honest people get penalized. Prosecute the shoplifters but don't inconvenience me. I left without purchasing my parts and will never shop there again.
