I had an amazing experience at D&R! To begin, it was very easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment. Being able to text the shop made it so easy. They were able to fit me in quickly! The quote they provided was the best I had received! After dropping off my car for various services, they called with one additional (and necessary) recommendation and confirmed with me before proceeding. No one was pushy at all and no unnecessary services were recommended. Everyone was very friendly and lovely to deal with! Overall 10/10 experience- I will be back!!

We had my daughter's vehicle towed here to get a diagnostic and repair estimate. We were charged $140 just for diagnostic. We were told the vehicle was never even started and could not be moved from the parking space. Gregg just looked under the hood. But when we went in to question how he felt justified charging this amount, he stated he did get the vehicle running. Even though my receipt states clearly "Battery is stone dead and will not take a charge". AAA verified the vehicle would NOT start. We were also told "You didn't ask" when questioning this exorbitant diagnostic amount. We called several other garages to quote diagnostic charges for comparison. They ran $40 - $65. BE SURE TO ASK.

I contacted D&R for an alignment as recommended by my vehicles service center. Our routine mechanic does not offer alignments, and it's hard to trust a new shop. D&R was communicative, reasonably priced, and efficient. My vehicle was ready for pick up before the end of my work day, and is running smoothly. I'd recommended D&R for routine maintenance, repairs, etc.

As a knowledgeable car person, I know when a repair is beyond my ability and these guys are the first place I go to when I can’t take care of repair myself. Wish I could give zero stars. If you are female do not come here unless you know about cars and what things should cost they will get over on you in price and also do a quick job. I was charged 4 thousand to replace a transmission pan that was dented, tighten ac compressor bolts and fix a rear control arm which should have been the only costly thing even that alone is not 4000 dollars worth in work. Please ladies save yourself from these men. You can tell in the way they go back and forth in these reviews with some people.

Zach and the team are absolutely amazing! They were able to schedule both of my vehicles for inspection, emissions, and an oil change within a week and allowed me to not only wait there but also watch them the whole time. My truck needed some work and Zach took the time to show and explain everything to me. My Jeep was brought in the very next day and he showed me the things that would need fixed soon, took air out of my tires from the last shop it went to who overfilled it, and took the time to check both of my batteries at my request. I have already recommended multiple people to come here and will continue to do so myself! It is hard to find an honest and friendly shop anymore with decent prices but this shop has exceeded my expectations! I will forever be coming here with every vehicle I own.

They had fast service and Greg, the front desk sales guy, is certainly friendly. But I think they upsold me in services my vehicle didn't actually need and I no longer trust they have the customer's best interest at heart. I went in for one issue and they advised several unrelated things that needed done. After the fact, I compared those recommendations against the multi-point inspection that the dealership had done 2 months before during an oil change. The comparison leaves me very skeptical.

Amazing group of people! Highly recommend! I reached out to the shop online and got a response in less than an hour. The day of my appointment, I walked through the door, and Greg greeted me with a friendly and welcoming "hello!" I knew my car needed a lot of TLC, so I expected a large bill, but their reasonable prices and timely completion of repairs exceeded my expectations, which made me and my wallet very happy. They also provided me with a list and quotes for additional work that they recommend. Zac is a very skilled mechanic, and I definitely plan on going back in the future!
