Nate at advance auto and his buddy’s are amazing I had a battery issue that they were able to pin point and help get me in tomorrow for a brand new one and charged my car up as much as we could today so I could safely drive back home to the springs very friendly and professional staff that make you feel welcomed and actually taken care of and not robbed of you hard working money , they ran a free diagnostic and free battery charge for me today and I couldn’t of been more blessed for all there help in my state of panic on my baby my car 🙏 highly recommend this store to anyone with car needs or fixes top of the line services ‼️

As soon as I entered the store, Demitri greeted me courteously. As a paying customer, I appreciate such acknowledgement whenever I go into a place of business. In fact, I will always turn around and leave a place of business if the employees ignore me. This is the best parts store I have ever shopped at. Thanks very much! He helped me by quickly accessing all available windshield wipers, went out to my car to double check if the wipers would fit, and installed them for me.

I still find it a bit weird how they have the storage boxes to space the customers even further from the cashier during checkout. It's not that bad, but I do think it's completely pointless and just makes the process a tiny bit more difficult. But in the end, they had everything in stock that I needed and decent prices so, 4 stars.

I lost my gas cap. Went in the store, this gentleman greeted me named Demetri. He helped me look for a new one. I had issues locking it. He came outside and helped me! Awesome customer service. I will return! 🙂

Trash, employees, manager, absolutely trash. Manager on shift decided it was a good idea to get in my face when I asked his name, white out dude just walked away like a coward. I understand its not their responsibility to help anyone. They are too busy doing nothing in the back of the store. They can't even be bothered to help a 5' 2" lady take the bolts off her tire so she can change it herself. Obviously their job is so important they can't be torn away from their circle-jerk. Got a video of it, please contact me Owner, Regional Manager, whatever, I would like to pass that video along.

Today's service was really good. Bought a new battery and they did a good job installing for no charge. Had it not been the second time I had to go there, that would be all too say. Previous day they couldn't do the install since they only had one customer rep working. Really? Seems two would be a minimum just for safety sake.

first of all, got a part, ended up being the wrong part, we came back within 30 minutes of buying it, and they wouldn’t accept the return because the lady at the counter wanted to pretend she didn’t remember us ig. so bought the correct part. it was defective and literally instantly broke. also within an hour of buying it. took it back along with the receipt this time and before we could even finish explaining the rude inconsiderate manager cut us off and told us no in a very rude way. auto come next door even said they’re all stupid jerks. just go to autozone. advance auto is a bunch of know it all jerks who are not going to accept any return whatsoever. as well as their carquest brand is pure GARBAGE.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, I tried returning a transmission bushing that has a design flaw, "it's hollow and factory is solid". Had my receipt and explained the situation, I even have video proof showing the design flaw. I was polite and didn't have any attitude but was refused a refund despite the product being defective even with receipt and was told I could only exchange it for the same garbage product. I drove to the Hudson location and was able to return it as defective AND got a refund. The location on northern could have refunded it but for no reason chose not to. I shouldn't have to drive across town just to get a refund. It tells me the employees here don't care about customer service and don't back their products.

I called 3 different stores looking for a specific part for my dad’s car he’s been working on, (1998 Volkswagen Beetle) and when I spoke to the manager Ryan, not only was he extremely kind and professional, but he assured me he had the part I was looking for, and he made sure I was able to come pick it up with no issues. When I came into the store to pick it up, both Ryan, and the other employee, Robert, were both knowledgeable, and made sure I had/knew everything I needed. It made the entire process so much less stressful. They were also super sweet to my son while I was checking out, which was amazing, and so appreciated. I’d not only recommend this store as 5 stars based on the interaction I had with these 2 employees today, but I genuinely will not shop anywhere else when it comes to car parts now.
