Nate and his team are amazing! I always purchase my tires and wheels from them. The service is 5 star plus. I recently got a flat tire and couldn't make it to the shop. I didn't have anyone to call and assist me, so Nate sent someone out to get my vehicle fix my flat and return to me. They are lifesavers.

It took this place five days to change an air-conditioned compressor on my truck. I also asked them to fix a rattling noise in the front end, and they could not find it. As a matter of fact they made it worse buy trying to adjust stuff. You would think an alignment place would know something about front ended.

The service was excellent!! I brought my car in for a diagnostic and found out it had several major issues wrong with it unfortunately. The mechanics and Brandon made sure I got everything fixed by the end of the day with very reasonable prices. I came into the shop around 9:45am and was told the car would be done until around 5pm. Brandon made sure to get me food, on him, which was beyond the customer service I was expecting. This is all thanks to my friend’s mom for recommending me this shop. I would come here again.

Disturbingly incompetent and a prime example of why the automotive industry is dying...Drop my car off @ 9am CUSTOMER STATES: "I just rebuilt the entire frontend and I'm hearing some frontend noise between 20 and 40 mph. Diagnose the noise and if you get it corrected go ahead and do the alignment"....3:30 PM no word from anyone so I assume they must be finishing it up or never got to it...I call to check status. "She's all ready to go it lined up great"...I ask what the frontend noise was. Tech explains his only notes were "alignment"...Tech then rushes through a half ass attempt @ diagnosing noise with zero resolution. "Tires" "swaybar links". Dropped car off with 10 miles on Odometer because I'm not dumb. Picked car up with 10 miles on Odometer. If they bothered to drive it, it was maybe a block...Needless to say I paid for nothing because I received ZERO service I requested. Complete waste of time, money on Uber and no resolution to the actual issue....Just to add extra insult, time stamp on paper work was 12:15pm...They finished NOT servicing my car at noon and didn't bother to call....Absolute Clown show

I called around town looking for the lowest price for two tires Mount balance and alignment. They quoted me less than anywhere else and would have the job done in Just 2 days, as the tires would have to be ordered. Tires came in, I dropped my Range off and they had it done by later in the afternoon. Perfect alignment with digital readout to show the work. Customer service was very nice and professional. I would recommend Nates Alignment Kings to anybody who needs tires and an alignment.

Everyone says they’re great, so we decided to give them a try. (I have multiple vehicles that I need to get alignments on). Called a couple weeks ago to get an appt for an alignment on one to see how they do... Was told you don’t need an appt, and the quoted price was good. Finally I get a day off to take my car in to align it. I take my car and they say you have to get there at 8am for an alignment. That information would have been helpful WHEN WE CALLED TWO WEEKS AGO ASKING FOR AN APPT!!! Fail.

Supposedly was a friend of my girlfriend. Should have know better from that red flag alone. On my GFs part too. Took truck for basic 100k mile tune up. Change oil and other fluids , spark plugs. Way over priced in that aspect . And all he actually did was oil and spark plugs. Then all of a sudden my car fails to start up on first try anymore. Not sure what they messed with but my car struggles to start up or sometimes jerks and stalls and doesn't fire up. I really don't want to take it back to them to touch. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicles here. Seems shady.

These guys saved me big time! My Tundra died on the way to work and couldn't get it started back up. Had it towed over to them and after some serious digging they found the belt was rubbing one of the sensor wires and had cut through the wires. They fixed the wires and rerouted them so it wouldn't happen again. They were SUPER fair with what they charged me, would have been easy for them to say it was something else and charge me more. So I really appreciated the honesty. Great communication too. Awesome crew, highly recommend!
