Advance automotive was recommended by a family member. I have been struggling trying to order a new crate motor for my jeep Wrangler. Tony stepped up from the get go and took on my project immediately. They were not the first place I started to work with… But they ended up being the last because they were the ones that took the time… Tony took the time to work with me and help me get what I needed. I had what I needed in hours, and within the week my engine was ordered and it is on its way. I was working with him from the Salt Lake area… Because that’s where I live. But the work I need done is in Ogden, where my vehicle is going to have its motor replaced. Tony made the process so much easier than any other auto parts store I had worked with, to find the exact motor I needed and get it ordered and here. Tony and Advance Auto Parts came recommended by a family member, and that was a five star recommendation. Thanks Tony!

1st of all there warranty on batteries what the auto parts guy just told me they have to pull my battery and charge and then test he told me would take 4 hours . Or another way is take my vehicle home take the battery out get it back to them and charge it and then test . Btw this battery is only 3 months old . . If I was you folks buy a battery any place else then advance . My goodness bought a new starter lot of parts from advance . I say with in another 3 months I am going to have to replace all those parts . Just bought them . You folks don't have to believe me you will have to find out on your own . And all the parts I bought has a life time warranty .

Awesome service and extremely professional staff. Came in looking for some new wipers. I couldn't for the life of me figure them out. Even though I didn't ask for help, and even declined when they asked if I wanted any at checkout, one employee noticed me struggling and came out to help me. I don't remember his name but I do remember he was very tall. Thanks for the help big guy 😁!

Stopped by the store late last night to get a new light for my headlight. The guy went above and beyond. Came out to the car to make sure I got the right part and then put it in. It may seem simple but for me it was huge. Saved me from driving home with 1 headlight and trying to figure it own after the kids went to bed. Both workers were nice and friendly. Didnt make me feel embarrassed that I don’t know which light I needed. I’ll definitely go back. Thank you!
