I've never had so many issues trying to replace something under warranty but Advance Auto Parts swooped in and saved the day when 2 other auto places in town failed me. They resolved a communication issue and replaced my battery (right before I hit the road for Thanksgiving break) even though it wasn't their responsibility and I'm grateful!

Best service of any parts house in town. Fair prices and they will go the extra mile to find hard to find parts. This is very important to me in particular being the manager of a repair facility that buys 15k plus a month in parts from various stores around town. This store is by far the best. Gene, Theo, and Mike will make sure you get what you need when you need it.

The service is great, selection is awesome whatever they do not have they will ship in to the store or directly to you People are nice, its Centrally located in Downtown Tallahassee however it is kind of hidden off of the main roadways. They will check your battery, alternator, rent out tools and so much more Anyways I definitely recommend stopping by for any of your Auto Parts needs🔧👍👍

Would you believe a trip to the auto parts store could restore your faith in humanity? For me, it did on Father's Day weekend. We were in Tallahassee FL for the weekend, intending to drive back to Charlotte NC on Monday. On Saturday night the battery light came on in our Pilot accompanied by a whine from the alternator. Research suggested that we not try to drive back with it in that condition. With the next day being Sunday, an auto parts store was our only choice for getting it fixed that day. So we went to the Advance Auto on Duval Street. David and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, honest and kind. To me it seemed that they went above and beyond, but I now believe that they really care about all of their customers. Changing the alternator wasn't exactly easy, but with the help of David and the other employees, I got it done. If we lived in Tallahassee, this would be my go to place for auto parts. Before we left, I had to thank David one more time for all the help and kindness. He said that he believes that's how it should be, and I wholeheartedly agree. Very highly recommended. 6 out of 5 stars from me!

The bald gentleman that works there was one of the rudest encounters I’ve ever had with any sort of customer service, when asking for a price match because the part they were selling was more than double the amount of other stores the bald dude was extremely rude and told me he was just gonna give me another part and it would “hopefully blow up my motor“. Advanced you need to hire guys with better customer service, you guys are a corporate chain, and you have competition, with just AutoZone down the road
