The one guy ...Brock.... Couldn't even get a spark plug rite ..and I gave him my old one ...gave me 4 plugs for a lawn mower...my car was a Nissan...lmao ...that place is a joke... Advance need more employee like the one in South West area....

My car went crazy while driving today and cut all power but came right back on. I took it to Auto Zone and they tested it and my battery was bad, he changed my battery in the freezing cold with windy conditions!! Im a so very thankful for him!!!

Great knowledgeable staff friendly I'm a big fan of Advance Auto Parts I haven't walked into a location yet that I didn't enjoy and could give a good review on with the very expensive rates of mechanical shops I do all of my own repairs on most of anything within my limitations and acquire 90% of my parts or materials from Advance Auto Parts this location lived up to my expectations

We went there looking for AC refrigerant R134 A...you have to buy the o e w the hose and nozzle that are reusable ...but its 49.99 For longer hose... and 37..for the one that 16 oz.! It was only 2 less! The service was helpful and the associate was knowledgable too!

Got some brake pads on sale and they lasted only 4 months and they are rattling like crazy and they won't give me the warranty because that items out of stock. Then say we can only give u $14 dollars off a different pair when i pad $27 if they have the brakes there .hard to drive to the store without brakes lol. Warranty changes when u come calling for it...

Only a three because of one employee named Gary. This guy is less than useless if you need any help that requires an ounce of effort. Bad attitude and it is the same every single time I go in there. A few times I had presented my military ID for a discount only to later realize he didn't enter it. Was told by another employee that he does that all the time and I have to specifically tell him I want the military discount. If you go here and he's the only one available I suggest you wait for someone else or go to another store. All the other employees are great, but because of Gary I will go elsewhere. I doubt they really care, but I spend easily a grand a year on car parts.

George has excellent customer service. I came for a tail light. He offered to change mine for me but unfortunately my car required tools to swap the lights out. He recommended a shop to help me and even called them to make sure they could see me. I am appreciative at how smoothe my transaction was and how helpful he was.

Went in with a few questions and the first gentleman was very nice and helpful but when it came time to check out I talked to another man behind the counter and he had an awful attitude. I asked a couple questions and describing what I had and he often responded with "I don't care" or "whatever" so I bought my things and left.

Britt in the Jacksonville store helped me resolve an issue that took me 4 days trying to do in Havelock and New Bern at first. It took her less than 30 minutes. She had an outstanding customer service attitude. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Need more people with her outstanding attitude.

Be careful when using a gift card here. The store employees lost funds that were supposed to be put back on after an exchange. They had no idea what to do and said call corporate — and corporate said go back to store 🤷🏻♂️

I recently needed a new battery and stopped by the local advance auto. The staff was ready and greeted me quickly when walking into the store and offered to assist. Explained to Aaron about needing a new battery and due to my car he needed to look at the style of battery due to being multiple types. Aaron recognized quickly it was a battery sold by advance auto, ran my details, and let me know it was covered under warranty. For a transaction I was expecting to spend much more on it was fully covered. This was refreshing when the employee could have easily just sold the battery and instead taking an extra step and saving the customer money. A great way to have repeat customers!!!
