Wasn't too happy to be the only customer waiting to pay by the counter for a while until someone was available to ring me up. When an associate finally came behind the counter, he acknowledged a customer who came subsequently to pay and said he could ring him up. I said I was here first, and I wasn't too happy to hear from the clerk that it "doesn't really matter". Thankfully the customer was a gentleman and let me go first, because I had been waiting patiently. I'm a small girl, I can understand if a clerk did not "see" me. But I wasn't happy with how the clerk decided to handle that...

They were helpful, but not pushy, which is a difficult balance to achieve. I was looking for windshield wipers, I asked them to look up the size then I went back to the wipers section. They came over to offer assistance after noticing I had been over there for like 5 minutes.

I ordered parts online, but the two associates at this location were both very nice and professional. The gentleman who assisted me with my curbside informed me that even though it's been 10, maybe 15 minutes that I had placed my order. Online orders usually take 20-30min to process before they receive the order in their system.

Advance needs to invest on customer service training for their staff or invest in new hires that they really want to work and help others... The older lady that works there always treat you with a negative attitude, she don't understand that in bussiness you need to treat your customers well in order to conduct and keep performing bussiness, if she continue having that behavoir, customers will prefer to go to autozone or oreillys and advance sales are going to go down because shes not a good fit for the store.. keep an eye on your employees behaivors Advance auto parts

Absolutely wonderful young man!. We had literally broken down in a turning lane on a busy road. We had only 4 minutes before the business closed for the night, but because it was a legit emergency. He let us in. Not only did he get us the parts we needed, he gave us a discount and money back for the broken alternator. So greatful to him.

Walked into oreillys with a question since I had a light turn on my Honda civic. As soon as we walked in Vero-6408 greeted us with a smile and also explained to me what was going on. Which is a good thing because I know nothing about cars. Happy the employee was knowledgeable and knew more about the issue then me which gave me a piece of mind. Highly recommend stopping here for any car trouble.

This location has the best customer service. I have been helped before Cathy who has exceptional customer service skills. She walked from behind the counter and asked us what she could assist us with. She made sure we had everything we needed. Another time Adrian offered to assist with installing a battery replacement. Today I had an interaction with the store General Manager Mr. Fabian Steven's. He was helpful, professional and friendly. We had a pleasant experience. I can definitely tell leadership in this location is strong. It shows in the level of customer service we have consistently received at this location. Highly recommend.

Manager John Martinez, in my opinion is an awesome leader as he guided Raul new employee to help me with a warranty transaction with my windshield wipers. I just recently had a surgical procedure and I can tell you John wasn’t going to make me spend anymore time than I needed to in the store, but John explained windshield wiper warranty and highly recommended I buy the extended warranty which I did and appreciated his and Raul help with the installation. Thank you again many times over John for your Great Customer Service!!!
