This is one of the worst agencies. They have no experience in handling recruitment properly. They look down upon people with high level of experiences. Their use of language is terrible and condescending. They need to make sure they hire their people properly.

Horrible. I would give a negative rating if I could. Was emailed concering a job with great perks. I come in, only to be told that it has been "filled" while I get another job opportunity with a company that is much worse. Do not trust them. They are liars. Avoid them and don't believe their lies. I deeply regret wasting my time with them

I'm not a "yelper" by any stretch of the imagination. I don't look things up on yelp on any regular basis and it takes an exceptionally special case for me to not only log into the site but also put "pen to paper", as it were.
Working with Advice Personnel and Brian S., specifically, has become one such case.
I've dealt with several recruiters/headhunters over the past 6 months (I use the word "dealt" very intentionally) and none have come close to providing the level of support, initiative, warmth, and clarity that Brian S. brought to every interaction, no matter how small.
Brian was incredibly professional throughout my hiring journey while also imbuing the process with a sense of profound investment on his part. I felt like he had my back at all times and, like any great tactician, was able to keep the complexities and logistical stresses of the process veiled so that I could focus on giving the best interviews possible. Because of this, I landed a great new job at an incredible company.
It feels silly to write this about a recruiter but I'll sincerely miss our phone calls. Even when the subject matter might have been mildly stress-inducing (what job search doesn't have it's moments?) I always had a smile on my face by the end.

Jules and Aaron at Advice belong to that rare class of recruiters who actually champion you as a candidate, rather than just forgetting you if some single job doesn't pan out. If you deal with recruiters, you know how uncommon it is to actually hear back from them if your resume doesn't produce instant success... With Jules and Aaron, they call you back with role after role until they find something that fits. I must have sent them half a dozen emails thanking them for "continuing to keep me in mind!" just because I couldn't believe they were contacting me again about another potential position. I don't write reviews as a rule, but I couldn't live with myself if I didn't point out what an amazing find Advice really is. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Jules, Aaron, or any of their staff on your side quickly finds out what a rare and valuable resource they really are.
