A technician came out to fix a small chip. It happened to be raining when they finally showed up. I made a point to ask if the rain would affect the work. I was assured it would work. The next morning I had three cracks across my windshield in three different directions.After speaking to other places of business they assure me that glass work shouldn’t be done in the rain.to make matters worse when I called to express what had happened they wouldn’t take responsibility for any wrongdoing. Basically the manager said no glasswork is ever guaranteed. I should have read the reviews on this place first. I actually thought about having them replace my windshield but when I called to let them know I’d be a little late they acted like they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about since they claim they don’t do appointments. Stay away from this place if you value your time and money.

Gave them a call and were awesome over the phone. Fair price first come first serve. Got my windshield installed on a 14' sierra. They did damage my cowl and my end caps won't stay down anymore.

I Liv.\nE way out in the country in devil, Texas on February 9th 2026 2 of y'all's employees came out to the country to fix my windshield and low and behold.My dogs ran two cats up in the tree. I had them replace the front windshield on my car. The service was amazing! Dennis was Prompt. He came on time and it was next day service. He and other worker were quick and helpful explaining every detail of aftercare. They were experienced and careful. I have had problems with other companies having leaky seal. He explained the seal they used and gave me great instructions to help achieve the best possible seal! Also the phone service at the waco store were so helpful in explaining and set up of install. They were also great in their knowledge of insurance reimbursement and warranty. Would highly recommend Affiliated Auto glass. 😊

For as busy as this place was, I couldn't ask for better service. For semi drivers, they know their stuff. They confirmed with my vin prior to going which windshield was required and if in stock. They got my semi windshield in fast, reinstalled all the electronics, the cameras, the mitigation system. Everything was done perfectly and in great time. The price was very competitive if not a little cheaper by maybe $20-50. No leaks whatsoever. Great service, highly recommend.

This place runs like a well oiled machine and I’m glad I choose to come here. I needed a new front windshield (my cracked due to a rock) and a wanted a brow. The customer service behind the front desk is great, the owner is super responsive, and the employees are pros. I’ve taken two cars to them to get my windows tinted and the first time they left some black stains on the a pillar on my door frame, which were blacked marks. So this time when I got my Cadillac tinted that has tan interior, I informed the lady at the front desk to make sure her workers do not leave any black stains again on my Cadillac however they still did and when I called the lady know that there are black stains on the a pillar of where my window was tinted, she said that’s impossible. They didn’t do that and I asked her how are going to fix this or clean it? She just told me to send in the pictures to a phone number which I did and I have yet to hear a callback from them and as of today he’s been exactly 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard nothing back. Don’t use them !
