I took my car here after I ran over a wild hog in the middle of the road and it did about $2200 worth of damage to my undercarriage.Throughout my whole experience here I have only dealt with Gwen. She has kept me updated through each and every step of the repair process. Not to mention she is a complete sweetheart! She made it super easy and convenient and I didn't have to lift a finger. I am beyond grateful to her and the North Waco team. They made my experience a complete breeze. I know a lot of people get frustrated when their car is in the shop, but Gwen and her team eased my mind and took that frustration away. I never had to worry or fuss. I couldn’t be more happy with y’all. They went above and beyond. They made sure to call and update me every chance they got. They finished my car 6 days early and did a great job. I’m not a mechanic so I can’t confirm the body work & alignment services. However, my car looks great. The customer service was 5 star. Any comment or request I made was quickly & cheerfully taken care of perfectly. The front desk folks work well as a team.

My car looked excellent after they were done. The 2 1/2 months it took not so much. Kept giving me a later date over the phone. I decided after I was told another week to go see them in person, and then it only took 2 more days to get me my car, not another week. I do feel they hold the car longer than needed. Or the front desk lady just says whatever to get you off the phone.

Very unhelpful. Pulled in for a little help to just get a door open which required a quick pounding of a step. They wouldn’t help. Said there was nothing they could do. Went down the road to caliber collision and the guys there fixed it right up in all of A minute and I was happy to give them a $100 tip even tho they didn’t charge me. Horrible place. Avoid!

We had all 3 of our vehicles get Hail damage earlier this year on 5-1-25. Crash Champions did all 3 of our claims & did an Excellent job!!! They committed throughout the entire process on all 3 separate claims. They finished "earlier" than scheduled too!! The entire Staff was polite, courteous, & professional!!! We are very happy with all of the work that Crash Champions did & even had an additional paint job performed!!!
