So my vehicle was vandalized when I was out of state, going to a funeral. I had to have it towed back from Arkansas, because it was stuck in limp mode. A great cost to myself. When I called progressive and had it towed into caliber collision, I was told no problem. We deal with this all the time. Well here it is some four months later and I have my vehicle back of my driveway. And it still does not run. Also, they did not re-install the spare tire that was stolen or the mechanism to lower it.. They just threw the tire in the bed of the truck.

our Ford 150 was in for estensive repairs when the job was done.. you would have never known it needed work.. BOB was abolutely amazing, kept us informaed every step of the way... orginally thought to have vehicle for a month, they had it back with two weeks and it was done with expert care ... i would highly recommend them to anyone of need of repair five star rating isnt high enough for them...

Highly disappointed! Very unsatisfied! Unsettling that no one has reached out to resolve issue at hand. Progressive seemed shocked and said they will have to see about repayment that it’s uncommon but my pictures show a job incomplete. Caliber Collision had such amazing communication & customer service up until they didn’t. My front bumper was not installed correctly! Along with some inside trunk panels which I took care of myself. The front bumper is sticking out on both sides! I cannot believe that a company with such a great reputation did such an awful job on my car! Update 3-22-2023: I received a call from someone with Caliber Collision. He explained to me what couldve happen as to why both sides were sticking out and says it will take about 30 min to fix. I will update once issue is resolved! Final Update: One side is fixed. I interestingly received a call from a local Progressive person 03-22-2023 just checking to see if Caliber had reached out to me regarding if the issue is fixed. I did let him know that it is scheduled to be fixed on 03-24-2023. He said that he will stop by the shop (Caliber Collision) to touch base with them. He said that they are one of their top rated businesses that they do business with. I said maybe so but that it took my review for them to reach out to me to resolve the issue.

I relocated from the Midwest earlier this year. Having my first fender bender in decades turned out to be a good experience living here in the valley by selecting Caliber Collision on Arizona Ave in Chandler. From the front desk to the gentleman that managed my cars repair was a positive experience. I was well informed of the process, provided good documentation listing the repairs, they coordinated well with my insurance company, coordinated with the car rental company arranging pick up for me and completed ahead of their promised completion date. And, they are very attentive to their work striving for customer satisfaction.

Incredibly helpful, courteous, and fast. Team was able to handle my daughter's pick-up issue and resolve her concerns. She was able to get back on the road faster than expected. The office worked hand-in-hand with the service team, taking my call and being ready for her before she arrived - everyone was on point and delivered top level service. The caliber on LaSalle has the worst communication. They told me my car was ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up and I could still stick the tip of my index finger between the back hatch and the cab of my vehicle. They had not even attempted to realign it. After taking the car back, it took an additional three weeks. They had my car for seven weeks total, I was originally told it would take a little under two weeks, overall a horrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone.
