Pleasant experience! Thorough check revealed the need for more work (luckily under warranty) than just oil change and filters. An extra day in service was required. Loaner car was clean and comfortable to drive but I am still not a fan of electric vehicles. Glad to get back in my ride which is running great.

I was on a cross country trip with my new van, which displayed a check engine message while I was in rural Mississippi. I was driving a route where I was avoiding highways and cities, but saw Waco as my best option for service. I contacted MB of Waco asking that they check my van on short notice - and I could barely make it in time for the last appointment on a Saturday afternoon. Their service manager, Warren, provided outstanding service by resolving the problem in record time. He took time to explain the cause and he washed all the bugs off my van!
