DO NOT go get your car inspected here. There is this lady who has the most unprofessional customer service. She is rude and literally acts like any questions you ask is bothering her. I get it some times we have our bad days, but this has happened for the past 3 years. She gets visibly annoyed if you have your insurance card on your phone. News flash girly everything is pretty much done electronically. Just save your time and go somewhere else because she can ruin your day.

I went to Garcia's to get 2 replacement tires. After both tires were mounted on the rims. one of the technicians comes back to me and says that "there was curb rash on one of the wheels". I go to inspect the curb rash and it turnes out that this tech put a huge gash in the finish of the wheel trying to get the tire off. This scratch, Which was not there 10mins before loading wheels into the trunk. Then forgot to tighten a lug nut which is missing now. There are better places to get new and used tires then Garcia's.

The good: Great location. Prices seem reasonable. The bad: Customer Service needs some work. I've been here two times attempting to get my car inspected. First time, after a prolonged wait, employee had an adversarial attitude rejecting my state ID + temporary ID (new address) combo as valid forms of ID. (This isn't true.) Second time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I was wrong. I waited for an extended amount of time while multiple employees, doing nothing, started at me. I drove away after about 15 minutes of this. Final thoughts: convenient location; probably better bang for your buck elsewhere.

Attentive from start, finish, customer, and tire! I had a racing tire from a sprint car that was low in pressure every three days or so. I was greeted immediately as I pulled up. Took the tire and diagnosed that the valve stem needed to be replaced. 10 minutes later I was out the door! Great place for your tire needs.

Leaving my review up from 4 years ago of this place, however, under new management and things have gone down hill. Came in with a bad tire, they changed it with another used tire as they didn't have any new in stock at the time. They also patched a tire on my trailer. Got home, noticed the used tire they put on had a puncture/broken belt on it. Also my tire light never went out. Was out of town for the next 2 days, but when I came back to have them fix their used tire, they stated that it was a nail hole and that the tire was damaged beyond repair. They refused to replace or fix the tire. Acted as if I was lying about the situation even though they clearly recognized me as they didn't even want to look at the receipt when I offered that. Took to Tire CIty in bell mead, where I watched them take the tire off, to find the tire already had 3 patches on it, one being the nail hole in question. Garcia's also had broken my TPM sensor which I now get to pay for ($75 plus installation). Needless to say, won't be going back. They had plenty of time and chances to honor their product and fix the situation. I'm sure the owner will get on here however and discount and try to cover. I have been going here for years, as obvious of the previous review. DO NOT GO HERE. PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 4 YEARS AGO: Awesome price on a set of 4 new tires. Only place in town that a actually had them in stock and wanted me to come down even though they were closing in 30 mins. I still went the next day and got great service and they remembered me from the phone convo. Great people, great price.

Got a used tire about 5pm from them cost 40 even.. I went straight home and parked on my curb like always. The next morning the tire was almost flat. I went back to the tire shop that morning, the your was checked and I was told I had a nail in the tire..🤔 There is no way I believed that. So out of 4 tires on my car the same tire I just got from you got a nail in it..hum what are the odds of that. Now I'm told that will be $12. I got an instant attitude and let that be know.. when it was all over they didn't charge me for the plug in the tire. Well thank you for that because I think that headless nail was already in that tire. Picture is off the tire the next morning

Pulled in. Dude did not check my tire after I said “ I think it’s something else besides the nail” , just seen a nail and took care of that. Couple hours later tire was flat again. Come back. Worker said you need a new tire and of course all they had was “new tires”. Only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star rating was because he at least offered to air it up for me to make it to the next tire shop that gave me the run down on what’s wrong with my tire and a good price for a nice used tire. Won’t be back though

If I could give this shop a minus. Star I would. The service is untrustable and disrespectful. Especially the inspection side of the shop is very rude and most likely illegal. The woman had me do all the work for the inspection. When she did not like how I hit my horn is when she told me to leave. I did not know this shop expected me to go along with their demands without questions, after all I have not been trained to inspect vehicals of any kind. When I did not complete the women's demands with a pleasant smile she became very unporfessional. This shop needs the state to step in and see what unlawfull inspections are being passed simply because the shop has the customers do the inspection. Stay away from this shop if you value good quality work that is done with honesty. This shop does not value new customers or your time. The sad thing was I need to plan for two more new tires I was going to ask the shop, for a quote so I could replace the tires today or make a plan for next week, yet they did not seem to care for new business. Also, I now understand why I go to another shop that is not down the street from my house. Funny this women only thought about the very moment that was obvious she was having personal anger issues and not any future business.
