They discriminated towards my dad and didn’t let him use his debit/credit because they said he would “dispute” it later!! I wouldn’t recommend stopping here they dnt deserve our money

Truck Repair Shop Worked on my truck for several hours to fix a electrical short, but we're able to find the problem. Didn't change me a dime. I don't think you can find anyone who would have done that. I will return the next time I need a repair. I highly recommended this shop, they are honest and fair.

Not sure what kind of people run this place but they turned my uncle away for claiming that he would “dispute” charges once a transaction was made on card. Ironically, they have all types of credit/debit cards logos accepted posted on the window. Not sure WHY they would ASSUME this and it clearly seems like some sort of discrimination because even if this were true banks have to investigate the transaction after a dispute. Very disappointing to see discrimination after everything happening lately.

Take your money elsewhere if you are a decent human being. They did not allow my truck driver to pay with credit card nor debit card. Definitely discriminated against us by assuming we would “dispute” the transaction once paid. (Something that we have never or would never do. Plus the banks investigate these disputes.) This place will be hearing from our lawyers and we will be filing with the BBB. In the midst of all that is going on in the world you would think businesses would stop playing the race card, how unfortunate.

Robert is a highly knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. I originally took my truck to Rush Truck Center for a clutch issue. They screwed my truck up worse than it was and I left extremely unhappy. I brought my truck here to NR Truck after hearing good things about Robert from several individuals. He got it fixed up right with good parts and even helped me out with a couple other small issues I was having. The other negative reviews should be ignored. Businesses have the right to not accept cards if they so choose. Especially after being screwed over on multiple occasions. If you want your truck fixed right for a good price treat the man with the respect he deserves and you’ll walk out just as happy as I did 🙌

Good place for big rig repair. Got a couple of mechanics on duty and they stay busy . Go see Robert for your needs. There is room to park either in front or the street in back of the shop. No public necessities
