GREAT experience!! I took my Tesla there for repairs after an Amazon truck hit it, as Airport Auto Body is the only authorized Tesla shop in the Hartford area, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. It is by far the nicest and most professional auto shop I have ever been to. Eric was very personable, communicated clearly and even offered to come into the shop on a Saturday, after hours, if I couldn't get there by the time they closed on Friday evening. My husband already had them do some work on one of his cars. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Airport Auto Body; as wonderful as could be given the stress post-car accident. Got hit in a small accident on my Subaru Crosstrek with suspension, bumper, tire, fender, and rim damage that required extensive suspension repair. Jason was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Customer service was top tier! I had consistent updates, response time was super quick, everything was handled professionally, and my car is back like nothing ever happened. I didn't catch the woman's name at the reception desk but she was so sweet too. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you to the team and thank you so much Jason!!!

I'm pretty critical of businesses and their customer service - so it's no small thing for me to say if I could give Airport Auto Body more than 5 stars, I would. Vehicle was a 2024 Tesla Model 3 with rear bumper damage. Took a leap of faith based on their reviews (never dealt with them before) and wasn't disappointed. Painless online process to schedule an appointment, they worked directly with the insurance company to ensure the repair was done properly with OEM parts. Also provided regular text updates on the repair. Repair looks flawless and colour match is perfect. Lifetime warranty on the repair to boot (for the owner at the time of the repair). Little things like cleaning the inside of the car and a goody gift bag were just icing on the cake. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this business.

AMAZING!!! Is the first word that comes to mind when I think about the customer service provided at Airport Auto Body. I was referred to this shop by a co-worker who had nothing but great things to say about them and now I know why. When you walk in, you can immediately tell that this is no ordinary repair shop. It was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. Shout out to Michelle, who made sure I didn't leave my ezpass or garage door opener 😊. Eric, my Service Advisor, was a pleasure to work with. He explained what was going to take place and I never had to call him to get an update as he reached out to me to let me know what was going on with the repairs as needed. He also worked with the insurance company and ensured that I got OEM parts. Having gone through this process a few times before in the past, I was thoroughly impressed with how painless the process was and how great my car looks. I highly recommend this business.

We recently brought our car there after a deer damaged the front fender and we could not be happier. Everyone we worked with was super responsive and prompt. Any questions I had were answered immediately. My car looks brand new and you can’t even tell there was damage. They did a fantastic job! The process was seamless from start to finish. They also gave a goody bag with a teddy bear in it that our kid loves! Just something a little extra to stand out from other shops. Great experience! Got rear ended and chose to use this shop on a recommendation. They took care of everything for me and gave me my car back detailed and looking brand new. Dan at the front counter was welcoming and helpful. Had all the information i need and set me up with my rental. This is my second experience with Airport Autobody, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was with my father’s 2023 Accord Hybrid, which unfortunately ended up being a total loss. Throughout that entire process, Jason’s communication was outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way and even allowed us to come back multiple times to retrieve personal belongings after the vehicle was deemed a loss. That level of customer service really stood out. About two months later, my own truck was hit. There was no question who I was calling — Airport Autobody, and specifically Jason as my service advisor. I truly cannot say enough good things about the communication and overall service they provide. Was hit on a Monday and was in their shop the following days. My 2022 Denali went in looking dented and banged up and came out looking like it just rolled off the GM dealership lot. Jason kept me updated through every stage of the repair process. At one point, they ordered a new steering column that arrived with the same issue as the original. Instead of installing it and calling it good, Jason and his team went the extra mile and ordered another one to make sure everything was perfect. Most other shops would have just put the bad column in and sent it out the door — not these guys. Their commitment to doing the job right is obvious. On top of that, they buffed out a few panels with light clear coat scratches and removed residue from an old sticker on my tailgate — things they didn’t have to do but did anyway. They are truly top-notch and extremely committed to customer satisfaction. I will 100% be using their services again and highly recommend Jason and the entire team at Airport Autobody.
