BEWARE. This is not the same place as a few years ago. They sold out. Me hsnic wasn't aware of computer proceedures Fter cha ging out battery. 750 amp battery for $189. They sucked ne in. Napa warehouse, 900 amp battery for $89 while they last

I bought a battery there, they told me I have 6months warranty on it, two weeks later my car will not start, after taking to the mechanic, he recharge it more than once and said it maybe a bad battery, however since I have a warranty I thought wouldn't be a problem to take it back to these guys but I was wrong they told me they will have to charge me to charge the battery and they would not exchange it either, I couldn't not believe the racket this place is under, I would never go back to this dump of a place, and the customer service is worse than a third world country customer service, they must be hurting financially because it seem they are struggling thats why they treat their customers like this, I would not recommend this place at all , stay as far as your eyes can see, it This is one of the worse business in the state , it looks like they are going under I wish them luck but boy what a terrible place to do business.

If you need specialized batteries, try here. I needed a battery for my pellet stove. The place where I bought my stove wanted almost $250. I took the battery here, to Interstate battery. The guy behind the counter took about 3 minutes to go out back and bring a replacement forward. That'll be $47.37. That's more like it. And he did not charge me a hazardous waste disposal fee, either.

Had good experience hair got a really good battery for $50 with the exchange of my dead battery it was a rebuilt battery in it last a long time the last one I got from their last me like 3 or 4 years so if you're in a bind and don't have much money and you need a good battery for a cheap price I would go here for $50 you get a good battery

CJ was so helpful. UPDATE:They need to be more specific with what information they need inorder to look up the account the battery purchases were under. The owner is very condescending and is afraid to interact with customers and then get on reviews and make smart remarks. Next time instruct your employees to ask "What name or business name would the account be associated with?" instead of "Name?" It's called customer service! Honor your warranty. And don't sell January batteries in November. And take the correct stickers off.

Dissatisfied they put wrong battery in my truck that was not getting enough charge. I tried to explain what was going on and they would not let me explain what my truck was experiencing. I left their store and went to auto store and found out the battery they sold me was charging but not for my truck . If they took time to look in their computer and looked at the battery they sold me , they would of find out that my truck needed a 24f, 700cca battery not less. Truck turning over fine now. Recommendations: Next time take time to listen to your customers before talking over them. Second , place the correct battery that is needed for that vehicle so customers won’t be upset as to why battery is not working right for their vehicle.

We use Interstate Batteries for our business everyday. The batteries rarely have issues and usually last a good 5 years or more. The owner at this location keeps a substantial inventory and is rarely out of the battery I need. They have a delivery service too. The owner just needs to smile a little more.

Won't return. Refurbished battery no good. 20May19: I'm not sure what the owners response means.. You did take care of what? The battery left me stranded in another state. It wouldn't even jump start; because it was so bad. I highly recommend that consumers go elsewhere for their battery needs.

The worst experience I had at interstate battery today with a employee name Will that treated me like I was no one I brought a a brand new battery and the battery died and I came to return it and I was denied that and I had a 90 warranty and I was denied a damaged swap. Do not buy a battery at interstate Battery Center on Honestead Ave in Hartford CT.

I went in today, This was my second time there and both times the guys who install the batteries were very friendly, helpful and fast. I had a battery issue today and the younger guy with dark brown hair (sorry i didn't get his name) was amazing he replaced the battery with no problem. I was in and out in less than 5 min. Very happy customer. Also great prices/warranty! Will continue to do business here and refer people here.

This people don't have any respect for people with disabilities...10/24/24 this guy will he got a bad aptitude towards people...is so easy to say fake review when you not there,I got a big oxigen bottle...I talk to this guy will and he just ignore me,I buy a new battery from another place and my truck is working fine now...I call the office twice looking for somebody to help and nobody came out...another one if Jason put a review I didn't send him to do so, something happen inside when he came to help me and he decided to do what he did...

Don't buy batteries from this place its a rip off. 1Moth in the car and one morning when the temp outside drop to. -2 battery no good took it back for warranty guys tell me they charge 20 $ to charge it overnight I took to auto zone for 1 hour no sing of live when back to the place and told the guy auto zone text it it came out no good he told that was a waste of time that they dont known how to charge batteries and told me I let the batteries sit for too long when I drive the vehicle every day 20 rip of he plug his little gadget to it and said yup it still dead no shit I felt like I got rip off go to positive batteries east Hartford they are the best...
